Join a tenant's union and read up on tenant's rights before renting from this hopeless company. Norwich branch dreadful. Absolutely incompetent company, palmed our renting off to the hopeless 'Sequence' sub-company. Took two months to return the non-disputed portion of our deposit due to their shocking incompetence. Would give zero stars if I could, it takes a lot to bring the good name of estate agents into disrepute, but they managed it.

We have been delighted with the service we received from William H Brown in the sale and purchase of our recent move. At all times they were courteous and helpful, especially Courtney who dealt with our move with expert advice and very supportive attitude; especially given that we felt very inexperienced and so valued the team's help and advice all the more. If you are looking to rent a house through William h brown I suggest you don’t. Serious problems with communication, genuinely every time I have to contact them I have to chase and chase and then they still get it wrong, it’s majorly stressful and I actually dread having to contact them. If I could rent my house through another agency I would.

Had a viewing today with Zachary, never felt in better hands than with this young man. Other estate agencies have been callous and unhelpful but this was not the case today. A huge thank you to the other person on the phone in the office whose name I can’t remember but they were also very personable and kind. ????.

I’ve had a couple of viewing with Zach; he is great and very welcoming, not only to us viewing the property; but also to the tenants within the property. He always asks your name and makes sure to build a rapport. He is great at his job and a great guy all around.

Our experience has been rather mixed; however, I can say that some of the staff have gone out their way to provide an excellent service in particular Matt Berryman. Matt managed to iron all the niggling details that finally ensured we had the right tenant and that the tenancy started on the expected day, so thank you Matt, you are an asset.

We had our viewing with Brian, he showed up late and had conflict with the tenants after they said they were not notified viewings were taking place. After the viewing, he slagged off the current tenants to us and asked for our phones for him to write a 5 star review (that this previously was) because the lads at his office were doing a competition for who could get the most positive reviews.
