A very professional and smooth experience through Billingham Taylor; both Jim and Harrison were very helpful and easily contactable through our move, and kept us updated frequently. Branch manager Giles was very knowledgeable and approachable right from our initial valuation. We couldn't have asked for more from the team. Highly recommended.

A Price
Harrison completely lied through the rental process meaning I missed out on another property. Giles the manager is also as bad, no wonder Harrison has such bad habits.
Avoid the liars at all costs use another agency

Billingham Taylor Estate Agents have been extremely useful from our initial phone call to view our property right up until us ending our tenancy. Any issues that have arisen at our property have been dealt with swiftly and always in a friendly, professional manner.
Both Christine Yardley and Jamie Evans have been a pleasure to speak to and have made our time at our house an enjoyable experience and we always felt like we were in good hands.
