Property may have been overvalued and marketing improved as we reduced twice and it hasn’t sold with Billinghams so we’ve moved to a new agent for a fresh look. Agent was good, it just wasn’t working for us.

Put the house on the market on the Wednesday and it was sold by the Saturday and at practically the asking price.
The agent even did a Saturday viewing which many other estate agents would not do
