Rented with them for over a year and they are the best agency I have had the pleasure to rent from. Flat was in perfect condition when moving in and got my deposit back at the end. Even helped me install a washing machine. They're a no hassle and no nonsence agency who you can trult trust and feel at easy that you will be taken care for.

I work with a lot of estate agents owning a property company but I have never experienced the treatment that I have received from scriven before, they advertised for one price, then charge me an extra 70 per month for buissness rates,(I have email proof from felicity friend about this even tho she is refusing to reply when i ask her) I then found out months later the property is exempt (which scriven now also confirm), yet they refuse to lower the price back to the advertised price or give me the money back ive alreay paid (blatant tax fraud), I am unable to get a phone line or Internet installed at the office as the office has no registered address (prob another tax fiddle) and the Internet company's cannot install a line due to the location, so I'm now stuck in a 3 year lease for a office I cannot use, they refuse to end the lease ,basically saying tuff, deal with it, they are the worse estate agents ever, liers and con people

Well, what can I say!. My experience with Scrivens & Co has been long. All the way through the process; Ella and the team have been there, holding my hand and pointing me in the right direction. Sellling
(getting offers) on my home was the easy bit. Getting the buyers over the finish line was the hard bit.
Then it takes a professional and experienced team to navigate the joys of the property market. Scrivens &
Co did that, they kept me upto date and steered me in the right direction. I will miss the Friday updates from Ellla.
I will never move home again. However; if I know any person out there, mad enough to do it. I will not hesitate to recommend Scrivens & Co.

I have recently used Scriven&co to sell my property. From the very start I have felt comfortable and supported, nothing was too much effort. Made something that was very daunting to me so much easier. Ella supported me all the way through, kept me updated at all times (even when others should have) . She held all the strings. I would definitely 100% recommend Scriven&co to anyone who is looking for a good estate agents, they go above and beyond.
