Nicola Powers has been on top of everything from the start. Great communication and prompt. Hoping the rest of the experience will be as smooth.

7th Nov 2024 (19 weeks ago)Professional yet friendly from start to finish. Britt attended very well prepared to value our property, and we felt very confident handing to AP Morgan to sell. Photos were taken promptly and were of high quality. We sold within a week which was fantastic! Tammy then worked tirelessly to coordinate the large chain and due to her efforts the chain remained together and we were successful in completing. Communication was managed well and updates delivered in a sensitive manner at all times. Thank you all at AP Morgan, especially Tammy. Would definitely instruct AP Morgan again.
1st Nov 2024 (20 weeks ago)Victoria Bennett branch manager of shipways Harborne high street absolutely disgraceful unprofessional and rude regarding sale and rental matters. If you decide to change your mind about a sale she will be rude and send a rude email. Disgusting of a person to speak to with all the years experience you would never know that from her third class approach and communication skills. Real disgrace to the branch.

28th Aug 2024 (6 mo. ago)Mark the Branch manager had been brilliant whilst I have been a tenant under Dixons!! He is professional, prompt with dealing with issues and always friendly ! Dixons as a whole have been brilliant in helping run my tenancy. I can’t rate them enough!!

4th Mar 2025 (17 days ago)I went in with my dad for the first time the other day. (I'm mixed race and look nothing like my dad). Whilst I appreciate they helped him, they completely ignored me when I spoke - treating me as if I was his "carer" and not a client.
14th Oct 2024 (23 weeks ago)Rude. Was expecting to hear when I could pick up the keys and they forgot about me. When I messaged I had the following rude response. "You have asked for a date to collect keys, which is my understanding that you have taken a room with us None of our previous conversation states which room you have taken Your contact number does not show on our system as a proposed tenant. Unfortunately we have three agents at Genie homes so you could have taken the room with the other two agents, im just trying to help find out which property so we can arrange your keys". Unfortunately we deal with hundreds of applicants per day, so i apologise that i needed to clarify". The snotty ending was terrible. It's there fault I'm not on the system yet somehow they expect me to provide them with all the information. Out of the 3 people that worked there could have said, oh yes I know him, my bad, I'll sort it. Terrible ans unorganised. Do not use! Used another company that was brilliant.

Their communication with us was exceptional, always checking in, discussing the market, making sure we were informed at every step through the process. I had very difficult personal circumstances which meant access to my property was extremely limited. Fran worked closely with me throughout the whole process and never made me feel like I was a tricky client as she understood my very challenging situation. I wholeheartedly recommend HS Homes and know for sure, I wouldn't have been able to complete my move had I chosen any other agent! I will be forever grateful to Fran and her team - as my perfect property in the Lickey Hills would never have become a reality without the relentless hard work and understanding that HS Homes offers - the company is incomparable in my view... ????

A local rental listing has been copied almost word-for-word from when the property was previously marketed for sale, including references to "buyers" and "freehold," which are irrelevant to a rental. This suggests a lack of due diligence, particularly for an agency that promotes itself as offering a "bespoke" service. If they are unwilling to update basic property details, it raises concerns about the level of care they provide to both landlords and tenants. Review rating increased and amended to reflect proactive changes made by the estate agent to rectify their error.
