We have used Bishops a few times in the past and have always found them to be very professional but remaining friendly while doing so. They have gone out of their way to be helpful to us. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend them as the go to agents over the others in the town for this service type. Dont bother with the rest, use the best.... Read more

We became a lettings client of Bishops in Feb 2017 and I have to say they are by far the best letting agents we have used. Quick to resolve matters and keen to get to mutually satisfactory result they are always pleasant to deal with. Day one admin was easy quick and efficient (the welcome vino was a lovely touch) and even having to call them at 2am during our first couple of days due to an alarm issue didn’t phase them. I am just in the process of renting a property through Bishops and was a tenant of theirs a few years ago. It is not only refreshing to be able to communicate with a small, friendly, local team but also one that cares. I found bishops estate one of the best estate agents I’ve ever used, they’ve treated me like a friend, any problem I’ve had they’ve resolved quickly, they are so understanding of my circumstances and I feel so at ease speaking with them! As well as fixing any problem I have swiftly, I was sent a beautiful bouquet of flowers which were defiantly very appreciated! I am so glad I went with them and can see myself being very happy in my home for a long time, thank you to everyone who works there and my landlord for everything you’ve done so far! Rented a property from Bishops and was looked after like a friend not just a tenant. The viewing was done with the landlord himself and was a completely pleasant experience, after which he always stayed in touch. The move in process was totally stress free and so positive! The guys in the office especially Mark and Sarah are just amazing. I had issues with the process but help was always on hand! I was left to enjoy my house. whilst living there I could absolutely call it home. All maintenance issues dealt with in good time (a few phone calls chasing things sometimes, but they are a busy little office with a small, very hard working team. Bear with them, they will call you back and things will get done!). Moving out was also stress free. All viewings were done around my schedule and without pressure, which is not common with estate agents! The inventory lady who checked me out was so lovely, we had a good giggle. I was sad not to be able to stay with this estate agents as my needs in property changed but would definitely recommend to other renters out there!... Read more

We recently purchased a property that was advertised by Bishops Estate agents and could not be more grateful for the hard work by Ben and the team. The whole purchase unfortunately was very long and complicated, but Bishops was one of the sole reasons it actually went through in the end. From the beginning (including the viewing) the team have been extremely professional, polite and very helpful. They have made sure that we were always updated and continued to answer all of our many questions/phone calls. Bishop's have rented out my property for 5 years. Their rates are good and support very valuable as I now live overseas. They are now selling my property and have achieved offers just below asking price. I primarily deal with Mark who has always been honest and shown well founded market knowledge. It's not in anyone's nature to like Estate Agents but I have always enjoyed my interactions with Mark and been made most welcome when in the office. I have dealt with a number of Agencies in Bishops Waltham and Wickham and have no reservations about recommending Bishops.... Read more

Appalling estate agents wouldn't ever use them... I booked in a viewing and they never showed up. The thing is the woman phoned me in the morning to confirm we were still on for the viewing as well. Then when I tried ringing no one answered so i left a message when they finally got back to me (2days later) they said no one was booked in and the property had now gone. Wouldn't recommend using them!!... Read more
