We began house-hunting in the New Year 2024, made the usual rounds and clicked on the usual websites. From the moment I walked into Pearsons on Cross Street, everything began to fall into place. Debbie, Nicki and Martha work as a team with professional efficiency and also personal attention to all the various steps along the way to completion.
Before the end of March we got the keys to our new home! ! !

Having recently sold my house through Pearsons at Bishops Waltham, I would not hesitate to recommend the team of Debbie, Niki and Lynn.
Apart from being all very nice people to work with, I trusted their judgement and advice, as genuinely being in my best interest (something I would not say about their nearby competitor when I sold a house a few years previously!).
Overall, very happy.

We have just had a lovely experience buying a house via Pearsons at Bishops Waltham. The agents (Debbie and Nicki) and office staff are warm and friendly, and cannot do enough to help, but never compromise on the professionalism. It was a long sale (due to seller's circumstances, nobody's fault), but Pearsons kept in touch without being pushy, making sure everything was on track. I would highly recommend them. We love our new home too!

Debbie, Nicki and Lyn really are an absolute dream team and we highly recommend them if you are planning to sell your house! They looked after us from start to finish during our recent house sale and purchase. They were really thorough in their appraisal of the housing market. Therefore, ensuring we were realistic in how much our property was worth prior to putting it on the market. They took the very best and detailed photographs of our house to really show it off, which was important to us to ensure we made an impact as soon as it was available to view in the public domain. Their communication was excellent in terms of keeping us updated and they answered all our questions - nothing was too much for them.
We really felt that we were in safe hands and would have no hesitation but to recommend them highly to any of our friends seeking a reliable estate agent.

The Bishops Waltham Pearsons team have performed a critical and valuable role throughout the process of the purchase of my new home.
As with many Property purchases there have been a number of legal hurdles and delays, which they have fully supported me with by actively taking a leading role in communicating between both parties and also any third party entities, to speed up resolution each time.
Nicki, Debbie and Lyn have been excellent; they are personable and have been extremely pleasant to deal with, all throughout.
Highly recommend this team, as they are particularly thorough, very professional, kind and friendly. Nothing is too much trouble and they work very hard to deliver the outcomes required.

I recently purchased a fantastic period detached property through Pearsons. The team were absolutely great in assisting the whole process being extremely quick to respond to queries I raised of the vendor. Due to a land boundary issue the situation needed careful discussion and negotiation between the parties that Pearsons carefully and professionally co-ordinated.
