Having worked in another Estate Agents in the area for 10 years I feel I have a good understanding of the pressures and challenges involved in both supporting the buyer and the seller in the process to completion. I cannot speak highly enough of Mike during the sale of my house. Ours was not a straightforward sale. For a start we were 14000 miles away and the house was tenanted when we decided to sell the property. However the service from Michael Patrick was exemplary and we would use Weller Patrick again in a heartbeat. We had a lot of interest in our house which went on sale in the midddle of winter, and within days we had a buyer. We used Weller Patrick to sell our house and the whole experience was very simple and hassle free. The advice given was honest and dealing with their staff was a pleasant experience. No hard sell, No pushy sales people. The sales brochure they created was done quickly and was comprehensive and the viewings we received were of a good quality. We also had the offer of assisted viewings if we wished. At the last minute our circumstances changed and we decided not to sell and this is where Weller Patrick were most supportive and understanding. In all the process was quick, hassle free and from memory the commission that would have been due was very competitive. They also gave us help and advice on the next property we were due to purchase had the sale gone through despite being out of their area. I would recommend them to anyone looking for the personal touch during the stressful time of buying and selling a property. A few years later we looked to buy a commercial property (which did go ahead) and not only did we see the same familiar faces (which is always a good sign) but the same high levels of support and advice where still there....
