A sham of a business, borderline criminal. Costa is arguably the least professional person I've had the misfortune of dealing with. Not only is he incapable of performing basic administrative duties but is a compulsive liar who would intentionally blur the lines between myself and the landlord to distract from mistakes made by himself. He treated me with utmost disrespect toward the end of my tenancy, despite feigning being friendly at the beginning. If you wish to have a hassle free tenancy, avoid black chords like the plague, as they're only concerned with getting your money and seriously need training in interpersonal skills. If you're reading this and have fallen victim to the dubious practices of black chords don't be afraid to contact relevant organizations like shelter who will be able to help you out.... Read more

The worst 'professional' I have ever dealt with, Costa does not value the customer at all, the only thing he cares about is his commission. Please if you're reading this AVOID blackords at all cost, if you run into problems they WILL NOT help you. I genuinely feel Costa is the worst human being I have met for a long time and it sends shivers down my spine when I think that there a still customers, unknowing of the intentions of this horrible man, that are giving their hard earned money to this detestable, despicable being. I have rented places all across the world and have never been left in awe of such a dreadful and horrible estate agent spearheaded by a genuine RAT. Dont take a risk, avoid at all costs.... Costa was my agent and helped me with all the details for moving into the new flat. The day of the viewing was exceptional, Costa received me on time at the flat which was clean and in perfect condition.
