This is the worst service I’ve ever received from any company. Since Day 1, they don’t reply usually when you’re asking questions. They postpone many things and lied about some issues. For Example, our fridge has been broken because it was old we’ve asked them a couple of times and they said they’ve already ordered a new one but we could see when they’ve ordered. You need to chase them for anything.
The most disappointing part was, they’ve tried to charge the thing or issues that have been already damaged from the deposit I paid. It’s been almost 2 months and they didn’t refund my deposit. I said ok for many things just for the sake to receive our deposit back. They’ve even tried to charge 275£ for cleaning and I said OK even my flat was not much clean when I moved in. They tried to charge cutlery which belongs to a former tenant or an already broken clothes hanger. When we asked for the kitchen stuff or replacing these things they said “ These are personal things, and we cannot supply” but at the end of the tenancy, they tried to charge.
I strongly DON’T suggest working with this agency. If you can find another place to move in go with them. They are the worst! They don’t do what they need to do. I’d like to suggest taking a photo of every inch of the flat! Every single detail is just for keeping a record on your own.
As I said don’t work with them, if you need to take photos and keep send them for recording.

Awful experience! Advertised as "appliances all integrated" but when we move in it is in a miserable state! No lights(with wires exposed), no shutters, no hot water. They said they will make everything ready fixed before tenancy start but they did not.
The staff is extremely rude and reluctant, and they know how to make most profits out of you - they did there best to provide the least(for example no microwaves, no proper desks) and what they provided are of the cheapest kind, such as a mini washer without drying mode.
Now they refused to take any responsibility. If you want to live better, you are gonna pay.

Building is nice, maintencd and service is horrible. Elevators stop working, heating and hot water go out along with other maintenance issues that take overnight or days to fix. Currently writing this without hot water, which won’t be fixed until the morning (12 hours later)

Location molto curata e appartamento dotato di tutti i comfort. Posizione ottima con la metro a 5 minuti a piedi. Goda di in ottima vista su Londra. Molto silenzioso insonorizzazione in tutte le stanze. Terrazza privata e club all' ultimo piano fa di Canaletto tower un regno di pace dove soggiornare.
