We recently bought a house that was on the market with Blenheim and had a really great experience. We didn’t really expect this as we just expected them to look after the vendors. However, as buyers they kept us in the loop throughout the whole process and were really helpful in smoothing out niggles that could have delayed things. They also communicated really well within their team so everyone knew all the details every time we got in contact. Their input definitely contributed to a smooth and speedy experience for everyone in the chain.

I would have absolutely no hesitation at all in recommending Blenheim's. Their service is excellent, the communication level from every member of the team is outstanding and their overall professionalism is second to none. I particularly liked that all members of the team come round on photography day to get to know the house, the fact that they meet every Tuesday morning to update all team members on the situation of every property on their books and the outstanding quality of the pictures/brochure. Although their charges may seem a little more than other estate agents, they are worth every single penny and I will definitely use them if ever I sell again. They sold our house within 10 days of it going on the market and it took only two months from sale to completion! Thank you, particularly to Emily & Kelly who were our main points of contact. What a team!

Have just completed on my house in the Peak District. Blenheim were recommended to me by my neighbour who after a frustrating year with other estate agents used them and then sold.
The fantastic brochure was enough to get me interested, far superior to any I have ever seen. The commision % is low for the great service they provide.
Totally professional incredible communication I was always aware of what was happening at every stage and always able to talk to someone at anytime of day.

We personally haven’t had a great experience with Blenheim. We went through our valuation and what we wanted as a sale, and only had a couple of offers. One offer was for £35k below what we wanted, which we refused, much to Blenheims dislike to be honest. They didn’t want to loose the ‘interest of the buyer’, yet would have been happy for us as their client to take a big reduction in price- which wasn’t an option for us. We decided to go for another new build and went through a part ex company. By doing this, we never had any confirmation from Blenheim apart from them saying that they would no longer call us for viewings; it would be the part ex hub that would contact us. Our contract was now with the part ex hub. Not Blenheim.
After a couple of months, we then removed our house from the market as it didn’t sell in time for us to move to the new build. Then we get an invoice from Blenheim for the brochure, of £600. To our knowledge, even though we signed the initial contract, we weren’t actually in a contract with Blenheim anymore. So why should we have paid the £600? And they only asked for it when we removed our house from the market; not when our contract ended?! This is still an on going issue- having now paid it, I am waiting on information to take this matter further. After all the stress this has caused us, I’m afraid we wouldn’t use or recommend Blenheim as in my honest opinion, I believe they are all about what money they can screw out of people. Oh and another thing, if you don’t have £600 laying around and are needing the sale of the house to pay for it, don’t bother! I was spoke to like I was a tramp as ‘none of their customers had asked to pay by credit card before, they only accept bacs’! This is something I’m also looking into at the moment as I’m not sure it was in the contract. I don’t care about people’s backgrounds, but the way I was belittled is bang out of order. You should be ashamed of yourselves!
