Very disappointed in the service I received. Booked an appointment to view the property, my wife could not complete her shift in order to make this appointment. No one turned up, when I called to enquire the receptionist was extremely rude and said we’d been called the day before. I advised that I did not get a call and she said well the property is gone. It was really shocking and no apology offered. Horrible experience!... Read more

Whitehornes have just sold my property for me. They were excellent from start to finish. The house was valued accurately By Andy and I achieved above the asking price. Their online account was great for keeping track of viewings, feedback and offers. Once I accepted an offer, Kerry Sanderson was fantastic in driving the sale forwards and we moved within 7 weeks of accepting the offer (we were in a chain of 4 properties). We exchanged and completed just before the coronavirus lockdown, which created far more stress than would usually be involved but Kerry did everything she could to help us.
