Liars and thieves. DO NOT TRUST, they will try and take your deposit for things that they are aware need fixing and what you have emailed/phones them repeatedly to fix. They will aim.tp charge you for everything on the deposit as its no skin off their nose whether they lose or not with the DPS, so even if something was damaged already, there is a chance they will be able to claim it to be fixed for rhe landlord off the deposit. The people who work there are terrible with emails and sent my bank details and tenancy agreement to some random randomer across the city who messaged me on Facebook to tell me Aweful company, aweful values. I should name a shame specific people but I am not going to. Seek legal advise and prepare yourself if you chose those estate agents. PHOTOGRAPH EVERYTHING and keep an email trail... Read more
