All show and shiny teeth, very little substance. Charge for property images and for carrying out home viewings. Lost the only offer to buy on our home by being unprepared and negligent. They don't market houses - they just sell them. Any problems, drop the price and keep dropping until it's off the books. I cannot recommend them to buyers in my area - particularly if the house has some issues - which in Derbyshire, is a lot.
