Warning - uncapped estate management fees imposed by Gateway Property Management. Residents Management Company is currently unable to control this as Bloor et al have given a Gateway person full directorship of the RMC. First-year fees paid in advance during conveyancing have not been applied to accounts, so residents are being double-charged. Gateway refuse to provide detailed accounts or provide timely answers to queries. £130,105 per year for only £31,660 of work. The rest is apparently "postage and admin". Run!... Read more

Update : Reduced a star as still waiting for snag issues a year on!! Avoid We have previously bought a new build and anticipated there would be complications. Still, the experience of purchasing a Bloor home has been awful from the day we signed with the poor sales staff and then the pushy aftersales who are desperate to get you in the property, and then the real problems start with the daily visits to fix the never-ending snags. Six months later, we still have items on our 10-day list. If you do buy then make sure you list all snags early on your ten-day list, if they go on the 6-month list you wait months for an appointment, we are now waiting for repair on terrible water damage caused by the roof leaking....
