Anna and Laura from Leaders Hedge End have been absolutely amazing from day one. From finding me the perfect property right through to me getting the keys for my flat they couldn’t have done more to help despite certain challenges which were on my side not theirs!! I have just recently found myself looking at the rental market. I found out that trying to find a place within my budget was somewhat not achievable! This is where Anna Salter came to my rescue, I had a home to view that was in my budget, we viewed it together and I said 'Yes' straight away! The process has been stress free. I now have my keys and I am in the process of moving in! Thank you so much Anna, you have been a life saver.

Laura, Anna and Amy at Leaders in Hedge End were brilliant. We have a property in Hedge End but live overseas, so letting our property was not without challenges. They were great and we would definitely recommend them

I have mainly dealt with Amy and Anna, they have been extremely helpful and professional, helping me find a new property in the right price category and location, my current property which is also through Leaders, there has been a couple issues with the property that are still ongoing and need to be resolved, needed a few updates from property management so there was a slight issue with communication, but this is also due to my work situation but hopefully before I move, it can all be resolved, that aside they have been very helpful and diligent.

Laura and Amy from Leaders have proven to be the most deceiving individuals I have ever encountered. We initially agreed to rent a house through Leaders, entering into a 6-month contract with the provision for a rolling monthly tenancy after the fixed term. However, merely 7 days before our scheduled move-in date, Amy emailed us that our tenancy would not proceed unless we consented to a 12-month contract. After we refused to accept their ultimatum at such short notice, three days later Leaders conceded to the original conditions.
Four months into our tenancy, we were astounded to receive another email from Leaders, this time demanding that we sign a new 12-month fixed tenancy agreement, with a significant rental increase and, most shockingly, a demand for a 12-month rent payment upfront, amounting to £37,800. This was in spite of our care for the property and our adherence to all contractual terms, including timely rent payments.
Needless to say, I will never work with Leaders and want to caution potential tenants against engaging with Leaders. Based on my experience, any assurances from them should be taken with extreme scepticism, as they have demonstrated a willingness to undermine tenant relationships for their benefit. I advise anyone considering a tenancy with Leaders to be wary of their practices.

Leaders the letting agent at hedge are amazing especially Anna, Amy & Laura. All highly professionally and really helpful. They have really helped me recently I was a tenant in a property that they were responsible for. Highly recommend this letting agent.

The renting system is not bad but the maintenance is really not good enough. Non urgent issues are announced to be fixed in 28 days, I've reported issues again and again since I moved in , one year ago, it's still not fixed. The inventory missed a lot of issues.

We’ve been with Leaders a long time as tenants. I wouldn’t rate them highly for customer service at all. Having moved out, I have sent two emails (almost a month ago) which are still unanswered, every time I’ve tried to phone to get an answer no one ever picks up!
Speaking from a tenant perspective - I would not recommend Leaders in the slightest.
