Me and my wife was looking to purchase our first home for quite some time ,, we had a couple of veiwings with dion. She knew exactly what we was looking for and when a property come on the market she knew would suit us she phoned us to offer a veiwing straight away and we weren't disappointed. She helped us make an offer and we got accepted. The property took several months to go threw but dion done everything she could to help and kept us updated all throughout the process. We can't thank dion and everyone at this branch enough for all they done for me and my wife.

From the moment I enquired about the sale of my property, to the day of exchange and completion, I could not have been happier with Fox and Sons.
After a few issues selling through the housing company on my shared ownership property, I had someone visiting, pictures taken and uploaded onto their website within 24 hours. Viewings began within days, and multiple offers within a week.
Once the sale had been confirmed, Izzy was fantastic in keeping me up to date with all information, replying to emails instantly, and putting my mind at ease with all questions I had throughout the delayed process (not fox and sons fault). Not only did Izzy reply to all emails and questions promptly, she was always at the other end of the phone to chase things from all parties with such a friendly and calming manner.
Thank you for making what could have been a difficult experience, much easier for me :). I could not recommend Izzy at Fox and sons enough.

From start to finish selling our home through the hedge end branch was effortless, regular feedbacks after visits, special shout out to Izzy who made regular contact with myself, our buyers and solicitors which helped keep us all informed as things progressed. Would recommend and use again ( though I don’t plan on moving anytime again soon!)

With the open days planned in made it very easy for me to know when people were coming round to my house, off the back of the open days they got me multiple offers and got me more for the property than i expected! could not recommend them enough!

They do not call you back with information even when you complain that you have not been informed, they are lovers of their answer phone, love to switch on between 4.45- 6. Nice looking office. Check out Trustpilot for real reviews

We had to chase the staff up on issues, and some of the news they gave us was 24 hours old. We got quicker results calling the mortgage brokers, not totally impressed.

I would like to say a massive thank-you to everyone at Hedge End Fox And Sons for making the sale of my house run smoothly. The chap that came out was very professional and explained exactly what would happen step by step. The photos were excellent and of high quality and I loved the audio tour that they made.
Overall I was very happy with the whole service offered, my house sold quickly & I would use again as well as recommend to friends and family.
