We cannot thank Jackson Bailey enough for their tireless work and efforts over the past few years with helping my mother finally sell her home. They are by far the best estate agents we have used for our sale.
Initially when when my mother put her home on sale a few years ago we advertised with various other estate agents who didn’t offer the personalised service and we felt like we were just “another average seller”.
Jackson Bailey and the team went above and beyond and kept faith in us and our property kept resilient after we have taken the house of the market a couple of times when at times we felt our house wouldn’t sell for the price we really wanted.
Communication was absolutely fantastic with Jack and the team. Jack would most of time time answer the phone or call me straight back. Otherwise they had our house on a whats app chat group for communication at pretty much anytime throughout the day into the late evening.
Thank you once again to Jack and the team at Jackson Bailey for their hard work during a stressful time selling my mothers home.

I have dealt with various estate agents over the years, but Jackson Bailey provided by far the best house sale service. They think outside the box and their service is exceptional. Their communications, updates and customer care were all excellent! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

The team at Jackson Bailey really are a breath of fresh air. After a not so great experience with a couple of local (reputable) agents JB were instructed to take on the sale of our property as well us purchasing from them too. The communication was excellent on the purchase side, no smoke and mirrors just straight talking professional agents to secure a the sale for both us and their seller.
As far as our sale went, JB exceeded our expectations.
The viewings were carried out very efficiently and professionally, we particularly valued how all prospects were given and offer letter at the viewing which we believe really helped create urgency on our sale. On the first open day we had 3 offers all way above asking price (which was marketed at true value and not lower, to lure people to an open day!). We were able to successfully complete quickly as JB carried out full inspection of finances for all viewings. We highly recommend Ben and the team and it goes without saying we will continue to use these guys for any future sales / purchase (if required).

It is difficult to put in to words just how much better Jackson Bailey are than your average estate agent. Their team make sure that your house is marketed and sold with all of your best interests in mind and all of your demands met. In addition to this they offer good suggestions and advice that shows they really do care about your property and about you as a client of theirs. This is of course in stark contrast to the majority of other estate agents who like to do as little as possible for as much money as possible.
The Jackson Bailey team fully understand the needs of the modern house vendor and make sure that communication is maintained throughout the process and that they are contactable at all times. Most importantly, they make sure that they do absolutely everything in their power to ensure that your house is sold, closely monitoring the process throughout and providing updates. They took a lot of the stress out of our long and drawn out house move and we can't thank them enough. We would highly recommend them and consider them the only team for the job!

I'm not sure the words "Thank you" are enough to express just how amazing these guys have been throughout the process of selling my Mother in laws home. It wasn't a smooth ride with the passing of my Father in law a few months in, and dealing with unexpected probate with an awful on-line solicitor! But, Jackson Bailey (especially Ben) kept us sane and positively moving forward! You answered all our queries and silly questions with real genuine emphatic professionalism. We felt you were always on our team!
