From valuation to sale, I couldn't have been happier with the work they put in. Unlike other high street agents, Jackson Bailey were relaxed yet professional, and it had felt like we asked good friends to help us sell our house - unlike other agents we had spoken to who came across insincere and hungry just to have another house to sell.
Jackson Bailey were happy to take any questions we had and were able to explain the process in detail when we didn't quite know what to expect. Viewings were arranged efficiently and communication was second to none! If you are in any doubt whether to use Jackson Bailey to sell your house, I would use them again today; if I had another house to sell!

Really great communication with our private WhatsApp group. This meant information and questions could be answered very quickly and easily. Ben was always contactable too by phone if we had more in-depth questions.

After being used to usual estate agents, it was a refreshing change when we spoke to Jack about selling our house and buying another. The first thing we noticed was there laid back attitude, which meant we weren't put under any pressure. Although laid back, they were still very professional and would answer any questions straight away. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them and would definitely use them again. Where do we start? Jackson Bailey were 10/10 when selling our home. During what was an incredibly protracted process, which took six months from start to finish; Ben and the team kept in continual contact and chased where needed to ensure that the relevant progress was made.
Having sold with JB, but purchased through a useless purple online agent (whose own ‘sales progression’ service was dreadful, talk about ‘commisery!’); Ben had to step-in and liaise on both our sale and purchase; doing the job of our seller’s agent at times too!
Communication was clear, constant and effective, and we found the WhatsApp group an excellent way of getting updates outside of normal working hours. A refreshing change from having to leave constant voicemails to other agents in the chain.
Overall, a justifiably FIVE STAR service from Jackson Bailey. We would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone looking to sell in the local area and cannot thank them enough for their efforts.

Jackson Bailey did a sterling job of selling our house in Boorley Green last year. It wasn’t the easiest time to move with interest rates continually rising and house prices dropping but Ben was excellent. He was honest, trustworthy, friendly, and went the extra mile throughout, even helping us with advice on offering on our purchase. We very much appreciated his excellent communication, which we found much easier and quicker than the estate agents we bought through. The video created for our house and the pictures were stunning. We are now settled in our new home and have had the chance to stop and reflect on our selling experience with Jackson Bailey.
A key part of using Jackson Bailey was that Ben not only took time to research the market we were in, but he was very realistic in the valuation of our apartment and the sort of buyer it would attract. This was underpinned with excellent photography/video and marketing using social media channels and a feeling as sellers that he was on our side, even when there was difficult news to share such is the nature of the selling process. We very much valued being able to get feedback post a viewing promptly via What’s App as well as general communication when the sale process was underway. Ben was proactive in dealing with buyer questions and helping to keep our solicitor focussed on achieving our exchange and completion dates.

We cannot thank Jackson Bailey enough for their tireless work and efforts over the past few years with helping my mother finally sell her home. They are by far the best estate agents we have used for our sale.
Initially when when my mother put her home on sale a few years ago we advertised with various other estate agents who didn’t offer the personalised service and we felt like we were just “another average seller”.
Jackson Bailey and the team went above and beyond and kept faith in us and our property kept resilient after we have taken the house of the market a couple of times when at times we felt our house wouldn’t sell for the price we really wanted.
Communication was absolutely fantastic with Jack and the team. Jack would most of time time answer the phone or call me straight back. Otherwise they had our house on a whats app chat group for communication at pretty much anytime throughout the day into the late evening.
Thank you once again to Jack and the team at Jackson Bailey for their hard work during a stressful time selling my mothers home.

The team at Jackson Bailey really are a breath of fresh air. After a not so great experience with a couple of local (reputable) agents JB were instructed to take on the sale of our property as well us purchasing from them too. The communication was excellent on the purchase side, no smoke and mirrors just straight talking professional agents to secure a the sale for both us and their seller.
As far as our sale went, JB exceeded our expectations.
The viewings were carried out very efficiently and professionally, we particularly valued how all prospects were given and offer letter at the viewing which we believe really helped create urgency on our sale. On the first open day we had 3 offers all way above asking price (which was marketed at true value and not lower, to lure people to an open day!). We were able to successfully complete quickly as JB carried out full inspection of finances for all viewings. We highly recommend Ben and the team and it goes without saying we will continue to use these guys for any future sales / purchase (if required).

It is difficult to put in to words just how much better Jackson Bailey are than your average estate agent. Their team make sure that your house is marketed and sold with all of your best interests in mind and all of your demands met. In addition to this they offer good suggestions and advice that shows they really do care about your property and about you as a client of theirs. This is of course in stark contrast to the majority of other estate agents who like to do as little as possible for as much money as possible.

Don’t ever underestimate the importance of face to face contact. Being my first purchase I thought it would be complicated but the support and attention given by Ben, Isobel, Jack and Hannah was truly magnificent. Communication was clear, concise and timely. Although I've decided to use another agent in selling my property the guys at Jackson Bailey are exceptional, responsive, extremely professional, and hungry for business. All qualities I value in business. Great communication throughout, chasing up and asking for feedback, responsive, polite, professional, friendly and if the business was larger, I'd have gone with them. I would definitely recommend if you're looking for an up-and-coming estate agency business, and I hope to do business with them in the future.

Ben & Jack are a breath of fresh air in the property world. They were so easy to deal with during the whole process of selling our house.

Thank goodness for Jack at Jackson Bailey.... had it not been for Jack's attention to detail and persistent effort my house move would have fallen through. That may not sound remarkable until you know that Jackson Bailey were not MY estate agents! The fact is that to 'protect' their own (very lucky) clients they took up the slack where my agent had failed. Amazing! I can't thank you enough. I guess it shows that using an independent agent, rather than a large company, means that you receive exemplary personal service because they take pride in their own business. They were completely up to date with what was going on and therefore were able to alert me to action needed from my side which saved the day. Have no doubt that you are in the safest hands with Jack and I only wish I had signed up with them myself. I have been singing their praises to everyone. It was a totally different experience with Jackson Bailey, when compared to other Estate agents that I have encountered before.
First of all, both of the lads spoke plain English, always a bonus for me. They were, friendly, polite and showed a sense of humour whilst staying professional.
A new one in this day and age, they answered their phones! and on the odd occasion when they did not answer immediately, the call back was never long after.
All in all, if you want good, friendly, top drawer service, use Jackson Bailey

We had originally had our house for sale with another estate agent who didn't seem to put much effort in, just another house on an already busy book. So we changed to Jackson Bailey.
SO glad we did. From the first time we met Ben, his energy, passion and professionalism to sell our house and help us find our next family home was fantastic. Within 24 hours he had the first viewing which resulted in an offer that we accepted. He then continued to help us on our search and we were able to quickly make an offer on a forever house.

We've dealt with 5 other Estate Agents in our moving history and without a shadow of a doubt Jackson Bailey, by far, set the standard that all should follow.
There really is little that we can say that has not already been said in their collection of reviews to date, but to reciprocate the views of many, the team at Jackson Bailey are professional, knowledgeable, supportive (and by that we mean, they go above and beyond, out of hours contact, and an ear to vent frustrations), they are patient with their clients, and always steadfast in efforts to achieve the end goal.
Our conveyance took 24 weeks in these trying times, but without Ben and the team, we expect our conveyance would have taken far longer if at all. They stayed on top of things and kept close communication with the entire chain and gave us regular updates on progress but also responding to our enquires straight away, with among other things the aid of a mobile phone chat group.

God I wish we just went to Jackson Bailey at the start!! On recommendation we first went with Pearson's, the so called leading local estate agent. They were awful, we then went dual agency with Fox and Sons, who were better, but still not great. We found they both did a great sales pitch in order to sign you up and were impressive.... Until you signed up at which point they seemed to lose interest. After coming off the market briefly we looked around and Jackson Bailey came up. I was hesitant at first as they are the new kid on the block but the level of service we received throughout was top drawer. Loved the whatsapp group set up so that we could all communicate easily. These guys are really impressive. They know their stuff and are professional and polished. Nice touch dropping the flowers to us when we moved in to our new place too. As much as we've loved dealing with you Ben and Jack we hope we wont be using you again any time soon!! But to anyone else looking for an agent - look no further!

Jackson Bailey were able to simply do something our previous agents were unable to do - sell our house. This is only part of the picture and story however....
From the very moment that Ben came to our house to meet myself and my partner Katie, we knew that he would do his best for us. From the initial discussion and our frustrations shared about our experiences with two other agents we had already marketed with (Purplebricks - avoid them at all costs, they have to be the worst agent in history unless you want to be on the market with no viewings in a 6 week period!) we were able to progress and move forward.
Within a very short space of time, we had lots of viewings and interests and were able to accept an offer down the line for a little less than our asking price. The photos that Ben took stood out and showed our house in a perfect picture, I firmly believe that this and the brochure produced supported the sale.
Throughout the process, we have been kept in touch with by Ben and Jack through lots of medians such as text and email. Through our jobs, it was difficult to speak on the phone a lot so by being able to communicate this way, it was effective for us. I would say that this would be appropriate for people who work throughout the week and can just reply quickly to a text or email.
If and when we choose to move on to a new property, despite now being located in Whiteley, I will be straight on the phone to Ben because I know he will do all he can for us. From having members of my own family previously working in estate agency, I know there are some strong stereotypes as to what the "traditional" estate agent is. Whatever you think that is, positive or negative, Jackson Bailey provide an over and above service.
I would therefore recommend Jackson Bailey over any other agent in the area. I would happily put my house on them selling your house if you need them to! We can't thank you enough for all that you have done for us.

Along the way you may get tempted to experiment with other Agents but you will soon realise , as you interact with other Agents for viewings etc. that they do not live up to the standards set by Jackson Bailey, that you had now come to expect to be the norm.
The only way our experience could have been improved would have been for us to have also purchased our new home through Jackson Bailey
No matter how long the journey and how many twists it takes, Jackson Bailey will be with you all the way and genuinely care about you and your satisfaction.
In an industry that doesn't seem to have too many good guys, Ben and Jack are a pleasurable exception.

Entering into the process, we had our preconceived perceptions of Estate Agency, after hearing stories of untrustworthy and unreliable brokers…. However both Ben & Jack very quickly broke this mould.

None of this waiting 3 days for the agent to tell you they didn’t like it or thought it was too expensive. Ben and Jack were on the button every time. Jackson Bailey are first class Estate Agents! I will be recommending them! I have been very impressed with Jackson Bailey so far. From the very start Ben has been really helpful and informative.
Ben has been available at any time by phone, text or email, which is fantastic when you have a busy lifestyle. I realised how valuable this was recently when my partner and I wanted to make an offer on a property with another estate agent, but they were closed at 4pm on the Saturday and not open at all on he Sunday! So frustrating for buyers that are limited to being able to view properties at the weekend only. So the fact that Ben is always available means an interested person will never be missed!
My property sold within two weeks of being on the market and Ben has kept me up to date at all times.
I cannot fault Jackson Bailey and would recommend them to anyone.

Ben from Jackson Bailey has been fantastic. From the first call to the valuation and the service agreement which was returned by hand in person within a matter of hours, right through to the marketing of my property, of which the portfolio was outstanding "again down to Ben's persistent eye to detail", which led to my property being sold within days for just under the asking price to which again Ben went above and beyond to achieve,. What more could we want from an estate agent?
Ben has been in my opinion above extremely efficient throughout the process, keeping me updated regularly, chasing both solicitors and vendors, no matter what time of day. He clearly knows the market and the field very well.
Finding a good estate agent you trust is a hard task in my opinion, especially after the bad experience I suffered from one of the big high street agents, but I felt at ease with Ben instantly "no false promises just honesty".
I would and have not hesitated in recommending Ben to my friends, friends of friends and family .

What a truely refreshing experience, Ben was personable from the first time he came to value our house and we knew he was the agent for us.
He was realistic with the price and approach for our sale, an open house was his suggestion and both the pictures and advert were of a high and realistic representation of our home and managed to promote and find a significant number of viewings for an entire Saturday open house.
True to his word Ben gave us considerable and detailed feedback on each viewing.
By the Monday he managed to secure us an offer we where happy with. From this moment onwards Ben has communicated constantly and at every step of the way and even prevented a potential chain collapse, managing our expectations but also supporting our buyers to help to secure both our sale and their purchase.

I am currently buying through Jackson Bailey and have been dealing with Ben who has made the buying process so much less stressful. I have dealt with many other agents who don’t really seem to care or want to help you with the daunting process of buying your first home. I will 100% be recommending Jackson Bailey to others. Brilliant service, quick and efficient, friendly and enthusiastic and most of all, trustworthy. This was the first time we had sold a house (as well as buying), they took the time to explain everything to us and answered all our questions. Communication was brilliant, we rarely needed to contact them because they always came to us first, if we did email them with anything the response was within hours if not minutes. The photos of our house were taken midday Wednesday, it was on Rightmove by Wednesday evening and our house was sold by the following Monday morning!!! Stress free selling. I've been looking for a house with my partner for some months, and we ended up viewing 16 in total before having an offer accepted on one, including with agents such as White & Guard, Your Move, Richmonds, Pure, Purple Bricks and David Evans. Ben at Jackson Bailey was by far the most switched on and knowledgeable about each of the 4 properties we viewed with him over the course of a number of weeks. Although I felt that Ben was very patient in helping us to find a property that suited us (which we appreciated), it was actually his selling skills that I was most impressed with, as his agency clearly has a strategy of maximising interest in a particular property in order to secure a quick sale close to the asking price for the seller (two of the houses we viewed with Ben sold within 2 days of first viewing). Although we personally had already found a buyer for our property through another agent, Jackson Bailey's strategy, combined with Ben's knowledge of the 'selling points' of each of the houses we viewed with him, mean that if we come to sell again in the future, we would choose to sell through Jackson Bailey.
