Worst customer service when you have rent a property. They dont care about any problem you may have. After 2 months of delay they changed our broken washing mashine.

Shocking service as a landlord no reply from important emails/late payments results in bad credit rating/damaged to property/no checks although thay should be checked every 6months/bailiffs charges that the tennents owed. Renters & landlords stay well clear worst thing I've ever done going to these incompetent jokers

Very bad customer service if you are a tenant. Not trustworthy. They enter your property without your permission.
