13th May 2024 (11 weeks ago)I didn't even purchase through them and just arranged a viewing. Was such a pleasure to arrange a viewing and kept it so straight forward. Such a breath of fresh air when there are estate agents that take pride in what they do and realise the impact it has on the day to day individuals who are going through a stressful period to secure or sell a house. Nothing is too much trouble. Response times close to immediate! Couldn't have asked for better to help my mother through an emotional time. Thanks to all.

5th Mar 2024 (21 weeks ago)Terrible service from DavidLee, would not recommend them to anyone. Staff were rude and unhelpful and caused unnecessary stress to the sale of my property. Do not use DavidLee if you want a simple transaction to go smoothly!
20th May 2024 (10 weeks ago)Tyne at Lanes has been brilliant from the start. Really knowledgeable and helpful on the two viewings I had, really lovely and personable and great to deal with. Very happy with Tyne throughout the process, including post offer acceptance. If I decide down the line to sell a property, I will keep Tyne in mind! The few interactions I had with other members of the team/management were great as well. I've had one or two bad experiences with other estate agents in the past, but would definitely recommend Lanes.

Despite a few bumps along the way, Westley consistently went above and beyond to help me resolve any issues. He was always just a phone call away, even outside of regular hours. They have been amazing, so personal and responsive, and they have been all round an absolute pleasure to work with. We have been particularly impressed with their professionalism but also their customer service which has been exceptional. After being messed around and having poor service from another Hertfordshire based estate agent which resulted in a property falling through and a lot of time and money wanted, working with Elliott was like a breath of fresh air. Elliott was patient and attentive to all our questions, as the buyer I felt that he was trust worthy and honest in looking after our interests as much as the sellers who were the ones paying the fee! Nick was hugely knowledgeable, respectful and supportive at every stage, and always kept us up-to-date as things progressed. Based on our experience of their professionalism, standard of service and results, we cannot recommend Wellington Evans strongly enough. When Nick first visited our home, we were immediately impressed with the care and attention he gave our property. He was realistic and honest, and explained the current market and how he would approach selling our house. By the end of the visit, we knew we could trust him to deliver a five star experience - and we weren’t wrong. Nick was consistently engaged and on-hand for our questions and to explain the intricacies of the sale process. Through the strategy he put together for marketing our property, the managing of viewings and the offers we received, it was obvious that Nick was focused on delivering for us.
