It all started out so promisingly... Abel recommended a tenant to me, acted as their reference, should be perfect right? Sadly life, and Abel’s true colours came in to play.
My tenants split and stopped paying the rent. Abel were fully managing the rental, but did they notice or warn me... no. The rent simply stopped. Queue a two and a half month battle for my deposit back. I had to chase constantly and honestly felt like the letting agents actively avoided me and pretended not to be in the office. Certainly not the behaviours you would expect or want.
If I could have reviewed no stars, that is what I would have awarded them.
Avoid.

I can not recommend Abel highly enough. I dealt with a few estate agents whilst searching for my my new home however I can honestly say that the service and knowledge from Abel was far better than all the rest. I would like to give a special mention to Steve who made the process of buying my first property very enjoyable and a lot less daunting. Steve made sure he was in constant contact with me from start to finish and was always there to answer any questions or concerns I had which is exactly what I needed as I first time buyer. I have already spread the word of how good Abel are and will continue to do. Keep up the good work everyone!

I decided to sell my partners house through Abel of Hertford due to having a fantastic experience renting my own house through them.

Ami & Taraq have built a wonderful team that prides themselves on excellent customer service which is something I value. They are not only professional but take it a step further with personal attention throughout the selling process and the rental side of their business!

I love their technology with excellent photos and the amazing virtual tours!!! I am completely satisfied with their service of excellence!!!
