STAY AWAY! Im a genuine person and this is a genuine review - Bond Wolfe Auctions is a Sham of an auction. I bid in the region of £37500 on a property and all of a sudden they put the winning bid down to me at £41000!! and took £6140 from my account and now wont return the funds. On the day of the auction they had glitches with their online bidding platform (they admitted this on their facebook page also!! ) and still wont refund me. £10,000 fees hidden in contracts on top of the other charges!! Ridiculous low guides prices to entice you in and they then sting you with hidden fees in their legal packs!!. I have already reported them to trading standards and the auction ombudsman DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. ONCE THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY THEY DO NOT HELP YOU!!. THIS COMPANY HAS A HUGH NEGATIVE AMOUNT OF REVIEWS FROM GENUINE PEOPLE WHO THEY HAVE STUNG! HORRIBLE COMPANY - DO NOT TRUST!! IF YOU THINK YOUR BUYING A HOUSE FOR £30000 BY THE TIME THEY FINISH WITH HIDDEN CHARGES ETC YOUR PROBABLY PAYING DOUBLE THE PRICE!!... Read more

Look at the hidden fees , the negative reviews are right! This contract was written by their solicitors they use for all their properties GloverPriest in Quinton. They fool the sellers and they fool the buyers. No auction charges this much ever! Never seen in my life !!! Everyone made a mug! Avoid this company if they are using GloberPriest solicitors to sell as they are the ones charging ridiculous amount!!... Read more

This is a duff auction and should be reported to trading standards. No names on land register , no searches done yet fees are 10k plus when auctions costs. No breakdown provided for costs. Property sold by investors seem to pick up the property much cheaper than a agent tries to sell for. Some estate agents need to be investigated by naea. Reserve prices way exceed the 10% above guide. The contracts drawn up by sone of the solicitors should be void due to unfair terms.
You get better deal just buying in the market.... Read more

##UPDATE##, Noticed that legal packs includes title deed few months old - not very professional Bond Wolfe Make sure your pay £3 at land registry to latest title seacrch## Attended the auction and I say buyers beware, low asking price to lure you. I observed the auction pattern and bids .....bid ups and shill bidding come to mind. Bid ups not working as properties relisted later auctions. Reading the legal packs reveal flips and you think vendors let property sell for less than the purchase price? Wise up everyone. Definitely NOT an auction worth going. AVOID... Read more

Those who wish to buy at Auction, please BEWARE!! I have noticed a patten on all the legals I am reading. The properties have recently been purchased by the vendor. I hear you say that’s ok.... well all the contracts that I have read so far have got additional fees of £8k added. The properitors names have been omitted, wouldn’t be surprised if Bond Wolfe purchased themself to sell on to build up on their first auction.
Don’t be taken for a ride guys. Auctioneers are not as straight forward as they once were.
I certainly am not going to waste my time attending this auction.
Plesse remember to post your review also under Bond Wolfe Auctions... Read more
