Keep the sold or unavailable houses on the housing websites, waste time calling them, just to hear that it's sold and not avaliable, so if other agent can remove the houses when sold, then why you guys don't do it? Just want people to call in so can try selling the house they don't want. Waste of time.

Honestly the worst service I have ever seen in a housing agency. There is only one solution to this and is to get rid of the young staff, they are untrained and absolutely lazy. They promise calls and never call back. The main 2 lads are Ethan and Lee, I don’t know how they got this job but honestly I cant believe how slow and useless they are. You try to book a viewing with them they are late, you ask them to call you and they never. So many times I was told I will get a callback and not even one. Lee that rude child that needs to go back to primary school is so unprofessional. I asked him over the phone about a mortgage and he rudely replies “How am I meant to know”. Seriously! An agency that has not trained their staff whatsover. Ethan on the other hand isnt rude but just extremely lazy. PLEASE AVOID! DONT SELL OR RENT YOUR PROPERTY IN THIS BRANCH, THEY ARE A BUNCH OF LIARS AND SCAMMERS. If you arent a property investor they will use and abuse you. TRUST ME

Having just completed my third purchase with Paul Dubberley West Bromwich since 2017 I can honestly say the service just gets better and better.
The staff have been amazing and have gone over and beyond to make sure the transaction has gone as smoothly as possible.
Bindy the manager who I met in person to submit my offer with has been very professional throughout the purchase.
Ethan was present whilst I viewed the property and he was very knowledgeable and patient.
Manisha arranged the mortgage very swiftly, her communication was superb and responded to any questions I had promptly. She was always happy to help and her experience gave me the confidence that she will get me the best mortgage deal available.
Overall a fantastic service provided by the team without any buying pressure.
I highly recommend Paul Dubberley West Bromwich to anyone that is looking to buy, sell or let a property.

Be careful guys the agency is literally a fraud!
Worst rental experience ever, I rented on February a flat in metro court High street West Bromwich and before I sign the contract I told the letting advisor Elisha that Am not renting the flat with a faulty lift noting that I live in the highest floor, she said that it’s been only few days since it stopped working and it will be fixed within your moving dates… moved in and the building was in awful state broken lift strong smell, not clean at all.
The worst part is I spoke to my neighbour who lived in the building for 2 years and she said the lift wasn’t working since she moved in and that was a shock for me.
My partner is disabled and suffering with the day to day life I decided to look for another property. Emailed them explaining the situation and the misleading they said that they can’t cancel and a 2 months notice is needed and I need to pay rent for.
I decided to take a solicitor and speak to trading standards about it so currently in the process to build a case against them.
And a final note to James, I am leaving this 01/07 and you will get nothing from my part.

Awful service, we booked in a house valuation , where we got a confirmation they will be attending in writing and no one attended on the day. No notification of them not attending or cancelling. so when it had gone 15mins of them being late , we rang the office and the man i spoke to Bindy (apparently the manager),had no remorse and instead said as no one answered the phone on the day that we were not going travel all the way from west brom to hockley incase no one was home.
My argument is that if the customer has not cancelled then the estate agent should assume the valuation is still continuing and not making up their own mind on whether we will be home or not. This is very unprofessional and i will not be using this estate agent for any services again, the attitude stinks.

Elisha and Chelsea have provided a great service to me. I previously went with W&K Properties but this lasted less than a week as they were pressuring me into accepting a tenant when I wanted to wait for the right fit for me. Paul Dubberley's team came up trumps and provided a much more comprehensive service. I found a tenant within days that I am happy with. It is a big thing to trust someone else to take care of your property when you are an accidental landlord, but I would happily recommend and use this service again. Thank you ladies!

At nine o clock the Paul dubberlery agent called me are you coming to this property I said yes we are. Once I had arrived at in 12.30 (the appointment was at 1.00).it was a 3 hour drive from Bedford they phoned, me at 12.59 saying the house is still pending bare with me 2 seconds and hanged up. after 6 mins they said unfortunately this has been cancelled because the owners of the housenare not awnsering the door. I said this is not a fair excuse because I drove three hours here to view this house they said sorry but I said it's not alright you time wasted me and you time wasted yourself but they still say sorry but in anger I hanged up on the phone I hope in the future this does not happen to anyone if they come far away it's difficult one to another it's not easy driving hours to hear this has been cancelled hope all staff improve better.

Although speaking to multiple ‘cheaper’ options, i quickly realised you are paying for quality, experience, honesty and fantastic communication with Manisha. She was able to work her magic and turnaround the mortgage process in no time at all. Truly a legend. Pay the price and use someone who will make it easy for you. Highly recommend. 5 STARS.

I have just used Paul Dubberley letting agents to let my property and i am really pleased I chose them over the other agents in the area. They were able to find me decent tenants and got them moved in with 2.5weeks. In time for Christmas which was amazing and really quick. Elisha Williams(manager) was brilliant from start to finish. We are currently buying our first home and it has not been an easy process due to my husband being on a Visa from the EU.
It has been a long process working out what mortgages are available to us and Manisha has been very good to us, even working on our case during her breaks to ensure we are updated.
She has gone above and beyond for us and we are extremely grateful for her ongoing support.

Whilst I absolutely hate having to raise complaints, I strongly advise to stay far away from this agency and especially Amanda Rawlins. She is unprofessional and blunt when replying to emails, not sure how she became manager! I rented smoothly a property through Bilston branch and was told that Amanda is a property manager and if any issues to contact her. Entered the property after collecting the keys ready to move in and the state of flat was absolutely horrendous, the flat hasn’t been cleaned in a really long time, worm’s coming from behind the kitchen cupboards, broken and mouldy appliances, previous tenant rubbish not removed, no hot water in the flat, mould everywhere … honestly the worst of the worst imaginable! Carpets heavily stained, dirty and mouldy, leaving me with nothing but to pay for professional deep clean services. Upon receiving reply to complain email Amanda replied’ The dirty, dust and stain cupboards was seen on your viewing and you did take the property as seen’. So apparently it’s normal to rent property without cleaning it first!!! They quick to take money from you, promise you maintenance will be carried out prior to moving in and then disrespect you like that. Disappointed with the service provided !

Currently renting a property from Paul dubberley but when there is a problem in your home staff are rude and keep telling you waiting on a maintenance man but we’re here with a kitchen floor that smells because it’s ruined by damp.also I’ve reported we have no hot water my response is we have to wait for your landlord. This is not acceptable when paying a substantial amount each month for a property. An how long am I supposed to wait for these things days weeks ???

Wasnt very impressed with the agency, told them we needed viewings at particular times due to family. One viewing the agent phoned 4 minutes before the viewings to say they couldnt make it because the car had broken down. Surely something should have been put in place for circumstances such as that.I did the viewings myself which resulted in a sale.

I am very pleased to accept Paul Dubberley as my letting agent and especially Betsy Flood she has been very so supportive and found tenants right away and any concerns that i have she takes care of it personally and get back to me with the update. Thus, I did call them again, and I have been told the same. After one day, I found the house status changed to let agree! Why on earth do you lie to me and waste my time. They should have told me from the beginning they did not like my name or my accent and saved my time.

Paige and Latasha made the process of looking for a flat and moving in so easy. I was living in London area and prior to moving to west midlands, they ensured that I didn't have to travel more than once to view the property. Every other things were done either via email or phone calls. Throughout the process it was so easy to reachout to them as well whenever I needed any clarification.

Any issues that came up were dealt with professionally. I relocated from London and with the first property I had (not via Paul Dubberley) there was issue that could not be resolved and it was extremely frustrating. So I was very cautious about any estate agent I next dealt with. I can honestly say that Leon helped to restore my trust. Please do not deal with this agent they are a complete waste of time. We dealt with the agent called pindi/bindi and he was about as useful as a bag of carrots. Was always on annual leave, would never return phone calls, apparently accepted our offer on a property then sold it to someone else !!!

Over promise and under deliver is how I would describe PD.
For most of my house viewings they didn’t have enough staff so I ended up doing the majority of viewings.
My first batch of viewings were on a Saturday and the agent actually did do these viewings... however..... The agent arrived without my spare key so I had to leave him with my only other key. I was keen to hear how the viewings all went however the agent made it clear that after these viewings he was going ‘away’ for the weekend straight after my house viewings and I would have to wait until Monday to hear about it all. He wasn’t prepared to even give me a 1 minute call just to tell me how the very first viewings on my house went.. for anyone selling your house, you are already anxious about whether your house will sell so early feedback from those first viewings is so crucial.
Communication not good with PD. I’ve viewed houses with other estate agents and they have got in touch with me promptly to seek feedback.
For the fees they are charging I would say their services definitely aren’t worth the money.

I must say, I've had really poor service from Paul Dubberley at West Bromwich. I phoned the branch over 10 times without a pick up and emailed the branch manager & the branch and got no response. I rang again after 10 days of no response and was told that the property that my client wanted has been sold to someone else, without informing my client that a competitive offer was in place. There was no common courtesy to call, email or keep myself or my client in the loop. I hope they get their act together to treat their clients fairly.

Jaime has been an absolute delight through the entire renting process. We were very impressed with the fact that she was so efficient and on the ball. What was brilliant about her service was that it was evident that the tenants were at the heart of her operations. She will put you first and is diligent with delivering the outcomes you want. I can only say that I’m super disappointed that now I won’t be dealing with Jaime through our tenancy as we have to deal with an external agency that our landlord has contracted for all maintenance issues etc. Despite not having any liability to support and help us with our issues now, Jaime has continued to support and advise us when dealing with the external agency. This was my first house sale and due to the circumstances surrounding it I knew it was going to be a difficult and sometimes frustrating sale. The team at Paul Dubberley’s West Bromwich handled everything with great professionalism, were always upfront and very helpful despite the many hold ups and sometimes unforeseen obstructions (not there’s or my own fault).
They were always responsive to calls, messages and emails in quick time and very friendly.
