Awful experience with this estate agents! They said we had a open house at 10am that we arranged. We arrived and there wasn't anyone there we waited 15 minutes we called and no answer.Decided to go home half a hour later they call at 10:45 asking where we are no apologies for being late or the waste of time and journey it took us to go to the property! awful service I don't reccommend buying or selling your house with this company AVOID!

Awful experience. Called the company for a house viewing and the guy sounded like he just woke up and was uninterested in anything i was saying. I booked a viewing for a house at 10am and no one was there. I waited 20 minutes and called the company asking what happened. No one answered my calls. They then called back 30 minutes later asking why i didnt go to the viewing and said that the tennents were out at the time the viewing was set. They told me that the office opens 10am so no one answered my call. But i called at 10:20am when no one was picking up. Awful experience and will never go through them for property searches

Greedy and money maker
no service no responsibility , they just want to make a money, they don't care about customer lose , they always busy on there personal phone calls, they are very polite when you go there shop but once you paid rent or deposit they starting to show there real colours

DISGRACE that they point blank refused to provide a tenant reference at the end of tenancy, even the new lettings agent tried to speak to them and they still wouldn't provide a simple reference that takes minutes to complete. Rent has always been paid on time but now cant move in to the new property because of the sheer arrogance of the employee. TERRIBLE COMPANY

Very disappointed with this company. They didn’t ring back the same day. Took 3 days and several promps. They made an appointment with me and failed to turn up. There was no explanation or apologies. I was arranging to buy a property with them and sell my own. I would definitely not recommend this company and they are not transparent. Iv had a lucky escape!

I had to give them a minimum of 1 star. They changed a lock on a flat in Bilston when their is a tenant living at the property. The tenant has no where to go and is currently homeless with a dependent. This is not acceptable and all they can say is they have not broken the law and to contact the old owner.
However this is against the law and also is very serious.
STAY AWAY LANDLORDS AND TENANTS
The landlord will be effected as it will also fall back on him as the owner

However this is very incorrect and you need to seek better legal advise. Yes the property was sold but it was sold with tenants. When a tenant is in an AST agreement you are unable to change the locks on them as they have no were to now live this is against the law regardless if it changed owner. I even tried to ask you to take the tenants on from us so they could stay but you didn't even allow it. You have broken every code of practice. They are taken a law suit against you and the owner as this is a criminal offense.
Thank you for your lovely comment however I am Dyslexia so know you have an issue with people with a learning Difficulty? This is not very professional is it?
