AVOID! I have attempted to rent a property through this company and it has been a very misleading and secretive process. In the process of 3 days I viewed, applied, paid and accepted a property subject to checks. During this process I have been encouraged to apply as quickly as possible and also transfer money, at no point was it advised to me that the deposit was non refundable. The day after the money was paid they withdrew the offer and said I would not get a refund, all due to a mistake in my application form. I have requested the refund and have had policy quoted to me.
The level of unprofessional behaviour is appaling with the agents advising that the owner and landlord of the property was fussy, difficult and a nightmare to deal with as they don't accept the applicants that have been put forwards and always reject people. If you are in the process of letting a property in tipton with this company I would air caution!

Anyone can write good reviews on Google. I'm wondering if half of the positive ones are legit.I recall letting my property through John Millers. I was paying them a monthly fee for nothing. They never had a clue what was going on with it. I became their PA of constantly reminding of them things, which needed doing. In the end I pretty much managed the property myself and paid them a monthly fee, I was contractually obligated to. Avoid the headache.

Everything she said about her and the Company/Team from start to finish, was what they offered!! She's always there at the other end of the phone, always kept us updated, taking our calls out of hours even when she's busy she will always try get back to you. All the support and advice you have offered has been 100% spot on my parents trusted you and do trust you will look after their property.
No matter what you had offered so much support and made things run so smoothly for them NO headache throughout. We used Harinder's services then decided to use their management services and wasn't a mistake! Even when we met our tenant they had spoken so highly of team and Aman & Vijay for their smooth move in. They always try to get the answers and help resolve things, amen is available too just a call away. They get the works completed and provide us good workman ship.
We have used Corporate estate agents in the past in london and local and John Millers service is nothing the same, people like Connell's/Paul dubberley don't care we are just another number there management services are not even local, then you never speck to the same person. At least with John miller you can speak to a person.
SO I am surprised of the comments made but it shows how many good reviews they have out way the negotiate comments........Trust this company no hidden lies, do things correctly and mainly for us legally!
At the end of the day we are now a landlord and its our responsibility to help the agent too.
Their Good Estate Agent and the entire experience was excellent, Fantastic agent, Harinder said she had a good team and she does. Who is always going the extra mile, does what they say on the tin so you dont have to shop around personally!!
Highly recommend using Harinder, she has all the background in Letting,management, evictions and Sales.

The worst agency I've ever seen, people please don't take house for rent, it's a raisin. My property was let out without my knowledge. I chased Harinder and Simon for the outstanding rent for over 2 months (I have written emails to show).
Two and half months later, I was told that my previous tenant left the property, a new tenant was found, rent agreed, tenancy agreement signed, new electric certificate ordered and new tenant moved in, all without my knowledge. Again, I have emails to show that this was all done without my knowledge.
In addition, flooring in one of the rooms was taken out and not replaced. I was advised by Simon that the flooring will be replaced but when the keys were collected, no flooring was replaced.
To date (so far its been almost three months), I still await for a check out report and refund of deposit. Please note that I have emails from Simon Bagri to substantiate all the points.
Update as at 01/05/2022
I have won the case against John Miller. Property Redress Scheme has awarded me a compensation. It was never about the money but to challenge the illegal and disgraceful behaviour of Simon and Harinder.

I am writing a review in support of John Miller Estate & Letting Agents. It's regarding the sale of my existing property which was previously advertised with well know estate agent Paul Dubbery.
I was very disappointed with the service of Paul Dubbery as I never received any updates and had to constantly chase them. When they did manage to finally sell the property the buyer pulled out causing a six-week delay.
This was the straw that broke the camel's back, and I decided to start looking for another estate agent to market my property and then I came across John Miller and decided to give them a call.
I spoke to lady called Pam Tiwan who after talking a few details gave me a slot for that day to come and assess the property and determine the selling price. After this viewing I decided to go with this estate agents due to several reasons which I have detailed below Pam came with all details of sold properties and the ones that were on sale at the time. This was very professional indeed taking into consideration that I only had spoken to her a few hours before. She seemed very interested and professional in wanting to sell the property for me. After this meeting I decided that yes, I was going to give it a try after being disappointed with the well know estate agents. And to be honest I am glad that I took the decision as Pam came round on Friday took the photographs. Prepared the particulars over the weekend which of course approved via email and got viewings booked for the following Monday. She kept me Informed all the way accompanied the viewings and by end of Monday that property was sold with more than 1 offer from the viewings. Achieving slightly more than the asking price. My overall conclusion is that Pam Tiwan and John Miller exceeded all my expectations and was a pleasure doing business with and it has proven the fact that it is not always the best thing to do to go with the larger estate agents. I will always go with John Miller estate agents and Pam going forward with purchasing or selling my properties. I would recommend this firm to anyone who wants to achieve the best prices for the properties in quick time. John Miller and Pam Tiwan will always value properties that can be achievable and not over price. She also has keeps you informed even with the smallest detail which is very pleasing and making the process run smoothly and taking all the pressure of the sellers and purchasers. A big thank you to Pam Tiwan and John Miller.

By far the worst experience I have had with estate agents, after intervening on a property I was interested in they made it very clear to me that they are doing a lot of market manipulation, half of the propertiess on the website are not even on sale properly as they already have buyers for the properly. If you wish to view a house from their website then you are wasting your time completely as they already have buyers before they even put properties on the market hence market manipulation. If you are looking for an affordable house then John Miller estate agency is not the place! Money minded organization with no human values or morals.

Excellent. I have been over 3 years with John Miller trying to sell my property. They have been a tower of strength due to lots of different reasons.
Harinder is a star and backed up by Daiane and more recently Govinder and Abbie.

We finally completed the sale of our house in West Bromwich today after a horrible experience letting it out with Connells. When we finally evicted the tenant I really needed someone who I could trust, which was certainly not the Connells joke of an estate agent. We were recommended John Miller and we worked with Harinder who was exceptional - an entirely different experience that I have had with an Estate Agent before. She was very attentive and responsive and was incredibly organized and I can not recommend them and her in particular enough - like I said, exceptional.

The Team are very professional from the valuation to the sale, helpful no hidden surprises.
I had it on with another agent but they couldn't sell the house and within a month John Miller sold it. very thing went smoothly, no issues if they raised they guided me through it. Would highly recommended and use them again
