I had no problems so far with this agency, the service appear to be professional and efficient. I have been arranging to let a flat, and all pre-let checks, incl. contract, have been satisfactorily dealt with and in good time. I am due to move-in in about a week or so, no small accomplishment, if you take into account all logistic issues with the current epidemics. Kelly, the manageress and Amanda, the letting negotiator were professional, friendly and helpful in arranging my hassle-free let.

After seeing a property online that I liked and calling the West Bromwich office to enquire, I was greet by Kelly who was very friendly and personable. I was able to ask questions and speak with her as though I’d known her forever! She was patient and very professional on viewing day and filled us with confidence. In her absence, Amanda was just as amazing with us and reassured us along the process and, in return, we have an amazing house to now make a home and partnered with an equally amazing landlord. Although parts of the process were made confusing, as a whole, we were happy with the level of service we received and would recommend and use Connells in the future.

I recently put my house back on rent, and level of service I have received from Kelly, Lettings Manager, has been exceptional. Given I previously lost confidence in the service from
Connells when my house was previously rented through them, Kelly was able to turn this around very quickly. Through positive interaction, reassurance and with honest communication, all issues and queries have been resolved in a prompt manner. Thank you Kelly for all your help and support. You have certainly restored my confidence in your service and from Connells as a whole. I would certainly recommend Connells to anyone who is looking to let their property out.

I would also like to thank Amanda who has been very helpful when Kelly has not been available. She’s followed up with me after speaking with the tenants and has always met her promises. She has been very friendly and reliable. I can see there is some great team work too!

As a buyer, I felt like wasting my time with Sharman Quinney agents. They posted a sell advert of a house worth £N and on a viewing, their agent made up another buyer offering £(N + 10) and £(N + 15) in the past so the seller isn't expecting lower than that: the agent even wasn't certain about the numbers! Why wouldn't you guys advertise the higher price in the first place to stop wasting everyone's time? I understand it's one of dodgy agency tactics but this is a borderline of being ethical.

I am a mortgage advisor, and so, professionally, i must deal with quite a few agents. I also went through, personally, over 40 properties in all my life, residential and buy to let, and i think this make me quite an expert in this trade.
I really don't have any doubt in saying that Sharman Quinney has been one of the best experiences i had till now. Christina was brilliant at helping me find my first home, she was really helpful and always available to answer any questions or to arrange another viewing. I also viewed properties with 4 other estate agents in Peterborough and Christina was the only one to actually ask more questions about what I was looking for and to show me more properties than just the one I'd requested to view through zoopla, and I ended up buying one that I hadn't considered online thanks to her help.
