He has really eased a lot of stresses that comes with finding/renting a property, has communicated with us every step of the way and listened to every query we had. To put into perspective, Me and my Partner had viewed a property on the Thursday and by the following Wednesday, we were able to pick up the keys to our rental property. After a very poor experience from a different local estate agent we decided to go to Greens. From the very start Clint gave a great explanation on how they work without the usual sales talk! The ladies in the office were amazing, Nicola, Emma and Dee were a pleasure to talk to and had a real interest in getting things moving. They kept us up to date every step of the way, gave us valuable advice and always strived to get the best viewings. The whole team work so well together and they all seem to know what stage the process was at even if the person dealing was off for the day. A very well ran office and system of working. Thankyou so much for taking care of our house sale in such a professional and quick manner.
2nd May 2024 (23 weeks ago)Throughout my lifetime, I've never encountered individuals as unprofessional and deceitful as those associated with this company, particularly an agent named Luke. Initially, they assured me that my wage was sufficient for the desired apartment, but after I provided the deposit, they began avoiding my calls, imposing unexpected requirements, and threatening to withhold my deposit despite providing inaccurate information. This ordeal left me feeling deeply distressed and anxious, to the point of tears. Luke's actions were not only misleading and dishonest but also malicious. 2nd Sep 2024 (6 weeks ago)It took a few months to get a buyer for our property, possibly due to the fact that we are not local to G&T Properties; we maybe would have moved our property sooner through a more local estate agent. However, the staff at G&T are great, especially Louise, who supported us through some issues with quite a difficult prospect buyer. Thank you to the team at G&T!

18th Mar 2024 (6 mo. ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

Both were tricky purchases, but Zara was at hand to help us out, Zara even pointed me to a financial advisor who helped me get mortgages and close off the purchase. I highly recommend OPA for any investment property purchases.

3rd Oct 2024 (9 days ago)On the whole Oakmans were very good. Paddy in particular always kept me informed of how the sale was going. He was very polite and knowledgeable of how to sell a property. My only negative is that they should advertise the properties on the outside of their high street shops. People passing estate agents often look in the window to see what's available. they might improve the amount of trade they get.
20th May 2024 (21 weeks ago)BP Auctions have been anything BUT easy to work with. We’ve been chasing for updates on the sale of our property for weeks with no response. Every time we manage to speak to someone on the phone, we’re promised a call back that never happens. No one responds via email, and the whole process has been painfully slow from start to finish.
