They kept us informed, answered our questions and made the whole process much easier and less stressful.<br><br>We really appreciate all their help and guidance in getting us through the purchase. Thank you to the whole Connells team for your excellent service. We would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to buy a property.
21st Jul 2024 (2 years ago)Awful experience, they listed a house which I later found out the owner wasn't even ready to sell, the agent in charge of the sale told me the seller was after asking price so I matched this and got all of my paperwork ready for her but after doing so she was constantly making excuses and taking excessive time to respond to anything regarding moving forward with the sale. She initially told me the property in question was rented out at the moment and the tenants were already re housed pending a sale, later I found out this was untrue as she admitted the tenants have not been re housed yet and I have not heard from her since, (Its been over 2 months), not even a sorry for wasting my time or even an explanation as to what happened. To this day the house in question is still listed for sale on their site. If you guys don't want your time wasted then I'd recommend you stay away from this company and look for a property elsewhere.
31st Jul 2026 (8 weeks ago)Was with JM for 3 years . In my time with them they Have proven to be incompetent. No inventory just have poorly taken pictures. Switched tenant without my consent and they new tenants destroyed my house. No accountability.
