Me and my partner recently purchased a house through Sam at Duet estate agents, after a previous property fell through we were extremely keen to get into the house ASAP. With the offer submitted and accepted in two days due to Sam's efficiency at the start of November we were hopeful to move in before Christmas as were the sellers of the property. Unfortunately solicitors on both sides were not confident this would happen. Due to Sam pushing both sides for a pre- Christmas completion we had exchanged and completed just over a month after the offer was accepted. Sam was extremely polite and thorough when showing us round the property and responded to any enquires promptly and well. With me and my partner being first time buyers Sam was extremely helpful even when we asked the stupidest of questions. Also with difficult solicitors Sam chased both sides daily and without her input i do not think we would of been in the property so soon. Would recommend Duet and especially Sam to any friends and will be using her again when we want to move on.... Read more

I sold my property through the new agents in Eye, Duets Estate Agents. The ladies in the office were both lovely and answered all my questions. It was so nice to be put at ease and offered a coffee without feeling I was taking up there time. Would definitely recommend them to others.... Read more
