Completely appalled with the awful customer service at this estate agent. After informing Starkings and Watson Diss that we no longer wanted to go ahead in selling our house with them they proceeded to ignore our request and posted our house. Both owners haven’t signed the contract however they do not seem to care. No sensitivity towards our situation at all and it appears no one in their office communicate with each other. Even after explaining we wasn’t happy with their photos they continued to market the property with these very photos. Utterly outraged, and it’s a shame that companies like this give estate agencies a bad name. This has caused me awful stress, not that they would care as long as they get their not so hard earned money!... Read more
