Even with a buyer pulling out and my sale taking longer than expected, I am happy to give WHB Diss 5 stars. This is because they were extremely professional at all stages of the selling process. I also utilised the rental side of their business and there was seamless communication and support between the two. I would not hesitate to enlist their services again for property management and sales across the Waveney Valley.

Over the years I have sold houses with this branch and used the same company in the area as both a landlord or tenant.
Having worked in sales / service before starting my own company I appreciate the demands on time & commercial targets.
In recent years we have regular cold calls from the office asking if they can rent or sell my cottage. At times this is a nuisance by the high frequency and constant turn over of staff.
For private reasons it’s now time to sell or rent so I had decided last week to reach out and invite a visit to discuss either sale or rental.
After 48hr Lawrence did leave me a brief voicemail to discuss rental but the note was a little disjointed and lacked enthusiasm. On the Monday first thing I left a note to invite a call back to pin down a meeting. Interested to know about no fault eviction with an expert.
End of the day nothing, spoke to Morgan in the office and registered my concerns about slow service. We confirmed the need to turn the page with new energy and have a meeting to discuss either sale or rental. I’m an Airbnb host with professional images and a window with no guests to allow full access.
All day nothing from the branch. Somewhat exasperated by the lack of professionalism or integrity to either follow up or make contact from a manager.
Close of day - just before six I have an email to say they’ve been busy.
Perhaps too busy for new listings so I will politely decline and be honest on the next cold call prospect night.
Very dysfunctional branch.

We have had outstanding attention from all the team at Diss William H Brown branch , Morgan was amazing , he got great feedback from a viewing that enabled us to improve our property to the point where Zoe got the sale , Nicola played a amazing part in all this having also shown prospect owners around our property . From start to finish it was a smooth efficient service , always kept informed , I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this branch, and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. Thank you :)

COWBOYS and SCAMMERS. Would have given minus starts if possible. Do not use at all costs. refusal to return phone calls, ignorant to emails and worst of all underpaying rental payments to landlord by as much as 50%. A literal joke of an agency. A strong message to all landlords reading this to dodge this agency at all costs. Genuinely astonishing how you think this is an appropriate way to provide a service to clients. Have reported to Trading Standards and will take further action where necessary until changes are made!

We had a viewing with Zoe Leeper who made us feel very welcome as we arrived at the property. Zoe took us into each room and gave us plenty of time to have a good look around. Zoe appeared to be very knowledgeable with regards to the property and advised if we had any further questions to just get in touch with her and she would find out the answer for us. As we left we were given a print out of the details of the property in a presentation folder which we felt was a nice touch. We were so impressed we are now in the process of buying the property.

Overall good experience when dealing with W H Brown. All members of staff I dealt with were helpful. Aiden was very thorough with the initial assessment and valuation. I should also mention Zoe who handled the viewings and negotiated with the buyers.

We had nothing but a very friendly and respectful and supportive experience with the staff at Diss William H Brown. We dealt with Lawrence for the most part and he was amazing. He made the whole experience so smooth and simple yet very professional. Katie, who we dealt with on the phone was so helpful and friendly too. A highly knowledgeable and helpful staff and I would definitely recommend them to deal with any property related queries, whether selling or letting.
