After a few difficult years of trying to sell my house I changed to Fine & Country and it was the best decision I made. Tom went above and beyond helping me throughout the whole process and made things so much easier for me. Julie also made sure I had constant contact when it was time to complete, I’m sure she was doing more than her job role chasing solicitors etc. Thank you so much. You pay for what you get, don’t just pick the cheapest option like I did at the beginning, yes Fine & Country charge a little more than some agents but money spent well and if I need to buy/sell in the future, I know where I’m going! We viewed a number of properties through them, taking our individual needs and requirements into consideration at every stage until we found the property we wanted. Tania was our initial contact who was fantastic throughout the beginning of the purchase process. Always happy to help and mediate between us and the vendor. Once the purchase was agreed we had the amazing help of Julie to get the sale over the line. It was quite a long and difficult process but Julie was outstanding and kept things on track when they could easily have gone wrong. F&C are a little more expensive than competitors however the extra cost is well worth it.
They are the only estate agent I have ever used that are proactive and always contactable. Quite often after agreeing the contract estate agents are less than helpful but F&C were available daily to ensure the sale moved along effectively.
The process from valuation to sale was efficient and clearly defined. The brochure was also much better quality than standard estate agents.
I would highly recommend them if you want a good service and excellent communication.

We had a first class experience with Fine & Country. From the first visit of Christopher, to the viewings, mostly led by Tom, and the very tortuous process of progress chasing by Julie, everything was super professional.
The photography was great and showed the house and grounds very well.
However the reason for the unequivocal 5 Star rating, is that everyone we dealt with realised that we were not just selling a house, we were selling our home. This made all the difference to us.
Some people may wonder if it is worth paying the slightly higher commission that Fine & Country charge. Based on our experience, we would say 100% yes. The kindness, professionalism and attention to detail were exemplary. We cannot recommend them highly enough.

The Diss office have acted for the vendors of the beautiful thatched cottage that we exchanged on yesterday. Sue has been a lifeline, answering every question and liaising with the vendors to sort out surveys, electrical checks and general questions. Once things were into the legal phase the ball was passed to Julie (after sales at Norwich) who is Lioness class!! The lengths that she went to in order to exchange on the date agreed was amazing, liaising with solicitors and agents from the bottom of the chain to the top. Without doubt the most professional estate agent in the area.
From my first meeting with Chris to then being in regular contact with Sue, Tania and later Graham in the office, I always received a very warm friendly & informed service.
The phone is always answered or most importantly a call is returned promptly.
I must also mention Sarah the photographer and Philippa in after sales, again both a credit to the team.
I have had nothing but first class service in what has been an incredibly busy and volatile market.

I viewed a property at Harlesron which is on the rental market for £2000pm my daughter rang to arrange the viewing to be told they are only doing viewings over 1 days.... surely prospective tenants are shown around until the property is gone??!! However I rang and got an appointment. If I was the landlord, and being a landlord of several properties in the past, I would be horrified at the total lack of interest and knowledge that the young lady had. I totally understand COVID being in the housing business myself but there is certainly no excuse being told to show myself
around the maze of the property and I would have expected her to know the basic like if there was a log burner, the boundary of the property, storage facilities and the amount of stables and despite her keep on saying she doesn’t know anything about horses I don’t think you need to know anything about horses but should certainly know what comes with the property. Certainly COVID does not restrict a member of staff walking the grounds showing a prospective purchaser around. I know if I was the landlord I would be totally dissatisfied with the level of service they are getting for their fee and I would certainly expect a better level of service from
