I would avoid at all costs when leasing a commercial property. They are interested only in their commission proven by their dealing with landowners who have the most terrible reputations & previous track records. The conclusion, to this company you are simply a number on a spreadsheet as opposed to a human being. They simply do not care.... Read more

Called on Wednesday afternoon to be greeted with a wishy washy “I’ll get the viewing booked in and you’ll receive a text confirmation.” for me to have received no further communication. Calls the estate agent on the day of the ‘viewing’ for a delightful being called Amy to scoff at me and say “yeah that’s the overflow team they always say that” and “it’s not one of us, our branch doesn’t look after that property” to which I queried why my details had been taken and I’d been treated in an unprofessional manner and she just scoffed again... I’m so relieved that the property I’m going to view is listed with another estate agent who were more than fantastic on the phone, because I’ll be avoiding these unprofessional children forever now.... In response to the Review of this company by a Mr. Kad Khurrum unsure why he has left such a poor rating, as the vendor of the property mentioned it was sold for the full asking price within 3 days we cannot ask for more than that. After making an offer on a property, the staff did not even try getting back to me to indicate if my offer had been accepted or to come back with a higher offer for their clients. I did all the chasing because they were too bone idle to get a maximum return for their client. They have absolutely no idea what they are doing, just a bunch of lazy receptionists who are out of their comfort zone. I feel sorry for their clients, who are paying this company to get the best possible values for their properties.....little do they know that they are just sitting about and not even trying for them.....total Shame and waste.... Dreadful just received a bill for the property for things that never even existed. Charged for a washing machine that was apparently gifted to us previously because the landlord didn't want to pay for repairs. Now he's claiming that never happened and were having to fork our for it, this is after we were evicted for requesting damp repairs to the house as the kitchen wall was collapsing... Read more

This review is mainly to Newcastle under Lyme BJB, but now dealing with the festival park branch, communications are appalling. After having my rent taken as a standing order when advising I would call up to pay monthly as I couldn't set up a standing order in time for it to be taken without getting bank charges, I then had my rent taken as a standing order... Absolutely unacceptable, and throughout my dealings all responses have taken longer than it would take a tortoise to walk a marathon backwards... really poor service, and after prompting staff several times regarding the 2 faulty smoke alarms that it is landlords responsibility to ensure there is 1 on both levels of house, they still haven't done anything in 3 months, the 2 at the moment ar fitted to the ceiling and do not work, they cannot be removed either as even staff from BJB have tried to do this and failed. Really poor service and still waiting for responses for my 2 issues that BJB have known about for 2 months and 3 months respectively...... Read more
