I have sold and purchased property via BJB Commercial over the past couple of years and found them to be professional and pro active. As a seasoned investor it is natural that I deal with agents regularly and can confidently say the commercial division of BJB is one of the best in the region.

Dreadful just received a bill for the property for things that never even existed. Charged for a washing machine that was apparently gifted to us previously because the landlord didn't want to pay for repairs. Now he's claiming that never happened and were having to fork our for it, this is after we were evicted for requesting damp repairs to the house as the kitchen wall was collapsing

This review is mainly to Newcastle under Lyme BJB, but now dealing with the festival park branch, communications are appalling.

After having my rent taken as a standing order when advising I would call up to pay monthly as I couldn't set up a standing order in time for it to be taken without getting bank charges, I then had my rent taken as a standing order...
Absolutely unacceptable, and throughout my dealings all responses have taken longer than it would take a tortoise to walk a marathon backwards... really poor service, and after prompting staff several times regarding the 2 faulty smoke alarms that it is landlords responsibility to ensure there is 1 on both levels of house, they still haven't done anything in 3 months, the 2 at the moment ar fitted to the ceiling and do not work, they cannot be removed either as even staff from BJB have tried to do this and failed.

Really poor service and still waiting for responses for my 2 issues that BJB have known about for 2 months and 3 months respectively...
