You will miss out on a first class professional service.
You will miss out on a warm welcome, listening to your expectations and requirements, advising you how to acheive your aims using their extensive knowledge and experience.
You won't experience their first class communications keeping you up to date every step of the way, liaising instantly with potential buyers, providing accurate timely dialogue with buyer and seller.
Happily I did choose OneAgency and I can't fault them.
I enjoyed all of the attributes mentioned above and I sold the house very quickly. Their communication really is legendary, they are accurate and fast and their processing of the required steps is prompt and fautless.
I would not hesitate to recomend OneAgency to everyone and I would certainly choose to use them again.

For the most part One Agency did their job well.
The manager, was very pleasant to deal with and communicated well.
However, when I discovered that the loft had been left full of junk, I contacted One Agency who got intouch with the vendor.
The vendor claimed it was from " a previous tenant" and that I "could dispose of it" yet the vendor/their customer had signed paperwork to confirm that the property was clear of rubbish including the loft, garden and any outbuildings.
The amount of items in the loft was full, not just a few things.
I visited One Agency in person, unfortunately the manager was not there so I spoke to another cheerful (not!) employee.
I informed him of the loft situation.
He said that he would get intouch with the vendor and then contact me to let me know further. He never did call me back. Completely pointless exercise.
Now, overall One Agency weren't bad throughout the process and I would have given them a better star rating but it's just a shame that they let themselves down in the end.
Also, if you can't get to speak to the manager then you may as well not bother.

Really welcoming and friendly group of people, who were always very good replying to my emails quickly and thoroughly.
When it came to the point of recieving my keys, they were very pleased for me and explained what was what and handed me a gift box. This gift contained some very much needed items, and some lovely add ons.
Genuinely can't complain, there wasn't one point where I thought 'no thankyou' or 'id rather not', the complete opposite.

I recently sold a house in winsford cheshire which took over 12 months about 3 months later i noticed that the house had resold again with in a couple of weeks by one agency i thought that must be a good estate agent so i decided to put my main residence up for sale which is in the same street and thought I'll give one agency a go and booked a valuation on line not long after i got a call back to discuss details etc. and I made a point of asking if I was to far away from there office about 40 minute drive he was super helpful and said the distance was not a problem he confirmed the valuation time and date and we were looking forward to the valuation on the morning of the appointment the valuer rang and said i am coming out to value your property today but don't you think that a local agent would be better to value your property fare enough but why book my appointment in the first place, i was in the building trade for over 40 years and estimated work anywhere i could and great full to do so, in the end I said to him look you are obviously not enthusiastically enough to sell my house an 8 year old freehold detached 3 bed with over half an acre of land, no brainer very disappointed and very unprofessional in my opinion, your loss

OK so I'm not your typical home buyer, the majority of my experience is via friends family and working in construction and development a good few years ago.
But what I do know is that One Agency break the mould, if found them to be nothing like the kind of agents I dealt with in my construction days, or had heard about from friends and family.
I never wanted for information, I knew through the whole buying process if there was any movement in the process, Fiona always called me before my conveyancer had emailed/phoned. This meant I could concentrate on my day job with out the process ever getting in the way of that.

Highly recommend the services of OneAgency, having now brought and sold with them, I hand on heart wouldn't even entertain using another agent! It took 6 months for my purchase to complete in 2020 because of tennet issues (which I was aware of at purchase) that were out of everyones control, and at no point during that long wait did I worry...Fiona was in constant contact, always available if I needed something and she genuinely, made what could have been a agonising six months an absolute walk in the park.
When it came to sell in Feb of this year, I obviously used OneAgency and again have found it to be a faultless process. Incredible service from start to finish! Having had interactions with many other estate agents in the local area I cannot praise Fiona and Dean at one agency highly enough!
At other estate agents I’ve struggled to even get anyone to answer the phone but with one agency the amazing Fiona is a rare talent! On several occasions I rang and didn’t leave a message thinking I would ring back later and each and every time Fiona would ring back having checked my number and would have an idea of why I was ringing in the first place.
I was assisting my mum to sell her houses so Fiona dealt with me and herself and we were both very impressed as she handled both sales at the same time, they’ve been in property for a long time and it’s the best service they have received.
Dean is an extremely down to earth and friendly estate agent who is very laid back, polite and non pushy! I had them come to value my house as they did such a good job! Currently we have decided to not move this year but in the future I will be calling these up and have recommended them to everyone looking to sell.

In the end the whole process taught us how much we loved our home and how little there was out there so we decided to stay. But had we moved then I'm sure Dean, Fiona and the rest of the team would have been just as awesome for the rest of the process.
I knew when I wanted to move I wanted an honest estate agent who I could get on the phone quickly and not be stuck dialling through robot keypad instructions. At first we were to go with a popular cheap up front cost digital agent or a big local agent who was charging 1%+VAT No Sale No Fee. We felt the digital agent wasn't personal enough and the local agent wanted too much money. In an effort to compare prices I rang around a few more agents and just asked outright how much they charged. Most were 1%+VAT but One Agency had a set fee with No Sale No Fee which I could get behind. It felt like the right price but what most persuaded me was how the phone call was answered so quickly and I spoke with the person for so long and they didn't seem rushed or wanting to sell to me. I knew from then that One Agency was for me.
The whole way through our process which has lasted just over a month and a half communication has been clear and really incredible. Then when it came to making the big decision to pull out feeling incredibly guilty to our buyers there was no judgement from the One Agency team and they were still on side even thought let's face it... they made nothing from the process.
Thank you One Agency team, you made it as easy as could be whilst adding that human contact.

I bought my house through One Agency a few months ago and they were fabulous from start to finish! There was a few problems with the sale on the part of the seller but I was kept informed every step of the way. The staff were really friendly but also very professional.
I have recently done extensive renovations to the house and called One Agency to value my property. Dean came to value the house and was extremely enthusiastic about the renovations that had been done.

Dean came and took some amazing photos and a viewing video too. Once this went online Friday afternoon there were viewing on the Saturday morning. Over the next couple of days had numerous bookings and sold on Tuesday...everyone that viewed the property in person put an offer in! Selling a house is possibly one of the most stressful things that anyone will do, especially if it’s on behalf of a parent. This was definitely not the case with OneAgency. They were professional, knowledgeable and realistic with regard to knowing the market and recommending a selling price, whilst also being incredibly sympathetic to our circumstances.

Handled the sale of our property professionally during a difficult covid period. One Agency conducted most of the viewings for us except we had to cover these ourselves at weekends. Viewings were followed up promptly to provide feedback and interest from potential buyers. Their terms and conditions were explained clearly at the initial meeting and fixed fee on sale means you know what you will be paying. Regular feedback was given on the interest in the property as were discussions on how the property was priced and if this needed to be changed. Once a sale was agreed, subject to contract, the feedback on progress of the sale was excellent and One Agency were in regular contact with the buyers and solicitors involved. Overall we would happily use One Agency again. int he future.

From point of first contact through to completion nothing was too much trouble. We were part of a large, complex chain and the communication was fantastic from the team throughout. I have no hesitation in recommending the services of One Agency who right from arranging a valuation viewing, have been most helpful, courteous and obliging, keeping me fully informed at all stages of the process.
On appointing One Agency the Sale Board was promptly erected at the property and the online details posted on their own website and on the Rightmove website.
All viewings were arranged suitable to both parties and followed up on for feedback.
When an offer from a buyer was made via the Agent, this was amicably negotiated to mutual satisfaction and the Subject to Contract sign updated immediately.
Their entire help thereafter in issuing the Bill of Sale document and advising on the Solicitor procedure and process has been exemplary and a most personal and professional service right through to completion and beyond.

A fledgling agency consisting of 3 disgruntled ex-employees from one of the big 3. With no office (check the staged photos..!), they appear to be working from home inbetween other commitments. I was keen to use them to buy more properties. But after failing to keep appointments for viewings, the negotiating process was characterised by suspiciously long delays in getting back to me, and inconsistent feedback from the vendor. I didn't have a good feeling about the situation and I withdrew my offer and abandoned the purchase. I've never done that before, but I have to buy from people I trust. (Even the reviews look like they were written for the posters..). In the current economic climate, I'd give them about 3 months max..
