Macauley was very professional in introducing himself to us on the day of our viewings. He asked everyone politely, that entered the house, to wear a face mask and used the hand sanitizer provided by us. After trying to sell my property for a while and having bad luck with buyers pulling out I decided to change to Butters John Bee to try selling it in the auction. At first I had dealt with a different colleague which I found a little frustrating but after a few weeks I was dealing directly with Libby Wilson at the Macclesfield branch. I can honestly say Libby was fantastic. I knew where I stood with her and she was very professional and honest. She worked so hard to sell my property as it wasn’t the easiest to sell.
