There are no words that I can write that can sum up the gratitude I have for all of the team at Alan Lee Macclesfield. After initially choosing a high street nationwide estate agents and facing a litany of issues and poor service, I moved to Alan Lee. This was one of the best decisions I have ever made, the whole team were professional, pragmatic and helpful and gave sound advice from the get go. I would recommend Alan Lee wholeheartedly to anyone selling a property in and around the Macclesfield area. They are true experts in their field and they really know the market well and I cannot fault them in any way. My advice to anyone is - always choose local!! These guys know their stuff. Alan Lee has been a pleasure to deal with as first time buyers. They were prompt in chasing up any queries we had and regularly kept in contact in regards to updates. As first time buyers, we relied heavily on their expertise. We cannot recommend Alan Lee more for dealing with when buying a house, and would definitely use them in the future.

I used Alan Lee to sell my apartment in Macclesfield after viewing another property with them. The knowledge they had of the house they were selling was a different level to any other agent i have viewed houses with. This gave me confidence that if anyone was going to sell my apartment it would be these guys.
I advertised my apartment with them and within the month the apartment was sold and during the sale process they couldn't of done more to make it any easier.
Credit to the whole team and i shall be 100% using them again when i come to sell my house.
