Absolutely FANTASTIC. From start to finish. We were SOOO impressed with quality of Alan, Lee, Cherrie and Abbey. As a small team their lines of communication are impeccable and you could ring up tell them your name and they would know straight away how to help you. We weren’t even sure if we wanted to sell back in November but after a consultation with Alan I felt so comfortable and I quickly realised no question is a stupid question. As a first time seller I couldn’t have wished for a better and more pleasant experience. I have already recommended someone to Alan Lee and I will continue to do so for a long time to come. I found out about Alan Lee when my family chose to sell my late Gran’s house last year and I was so impressed I can see why sign’s are popping up here, there and everywhere around Macclesfield and the local area. I have dealt with Lee for many years and has consistently proved himself to be very genuine in his approach and very authentic. He has given me some great advice, including improvements I needed to make to my property to achieve the best price.

Moving house is a really stressful experience, but working with Alan Lee has been a pleasure over the last few months. This was my first experience of selling a property and from first meeting Alan when he came to value my property, I felt understood and that my expectations were sensibly managed. This allowed me to make an informed decision when choosing them as my estate agents. Due to their careful consideration with price, I was offered full asking price within three weeks of my property going on the market. At a time when the market was still moving slowly, this felt like a huge achievement. Since accepting the offer on my property, Alan Lee have supported me through each stage, from finding the right solicitor to use, getting in touch when any issues have come to light and managing both mine and the buyers expectations regarding exchanging and completing.
