Although I'm just at the beginning of the buying process through Butters with Paige, Ive been incredibly impressed to her dedication. She certainly goes over and above the standard expectations of an estate agent. What makes Paige stand out from the many other agents I have dealt with, is her understanding of the purchasers needs and knowledge of the property in which she is promoting. A rare talent in what has now become a complacent industry.

No comms once we signed on the dotted line. They sent people in to view who couldn’t afford the house. We had to take people around as the agents that attended didn’t even know the number of rooms the property had.

Sold the house really well but poor follow through to sale. Communication follow up poor and updating on progress of sale poor. Excellent local knowledge if the housing market and excellent sale at an above the market price!

Really good communication, kept me up to date every few days with the progress. Friendly staff. They made the brochure look great, took plenty of photos, even did a virtual tour! Would definitely recommend to a friend, already have in fact.
