I’m basing this review solely on the service provided from Natalie Tunnicliffe. I was unfortunately unsuccessful in renting a house by a different estate agent at the Hanley branch and was advised by that particular agent that I should receive my holding deposit back as it was through no fault of my own. I tried to email 2 days ago for this to be refunded but had no response, eventually got through to Natalie and she had this resolved within a few hours and explained that the prior estate agent advised that I wasn’t getting the deposit back however Natalie went above and beyond and enabled me to get this back. She kept me updated throughout too, amazing service.

I recently spoke with Cam as we are looking to move back to the area, but we weren’t sure whether renting of purchasing would be the best option for us. He went through both options with us and answered any questions we had which put our minds at rest.<br><br>Definitely a 5 star service provided and we would recommend speaking to Cam if anybody else is unsure like we were ??

Natalie Tunnicliffe has been fantastic and as always informative. She is proactive and also great to ask for help when we needed to confirm documents even contacting on our behalf. An absolute professional beginning to end , what a breath of fresh air.

Leanne helped us with our first house purchase. She was absolutely fantastic, and kept me updated every step of the way.<br><br>It was quite stressful at times due to delays further up the chain, however Leanne went above and beyond on multiple occasions to ease the stress of this. We couldn't have asked for more from her - would highly recommend BJB Crewe.<br><br>Thank you Leanne!!

Sold the house really well but poor follow through to sale. Communication follow up poor and updating on progress of sale poor. Excellent local knowledge if the housing market and excellent sale at an above the market price!
