Friendly, efficient and professional service, from finding us a property to rent (with a dog) to getting us moved in within 2 weeks! Esther is so helpful and nothing was too much for her, which really helped lower the stress levels of moving with a 10 week old baby.
She even recommended local places to eat and things to do, as we are new to the area! Thank you!

Highly recommend Gasgoine Halman in Macclesfield. Lisa has been so accommodating with viewings to fit around our work and childcare commitments and even held our new baby so we were able to have a good look at the houses :) We are now in our new home within 5 weeks of our first viewing. Lisa has always been on call for any questions we had and if for any reason she was with another customer, Ester was there to help and was extremely helpful and kind. Fab ladies and would absolutely recommend them.

I had a very good experience with the agency, fast correspondence on emails and great customer service in general. My new place got sorted within a weeks time. I’ve let through 3 other agencies before but Gascoigne is by far the best one.

After 3 aborted sales with Purple Bricks which consumed 14 stressful months due to lack of support, wrong price, no vetting of purchasers, etc., etc. I decided to use Gascoigne Halman in Macclesfield to sell our house. Within 1 week Matthew Clark, Carly and the team had vetted a new purchaser who was right for our property, truly had the funds, and was highly likely to follow through to completion (which they did).
I can't recommend Gascoigne Halman enough for their proactive advice and follow-up, aiding the purchaser and keeping me informed. I found them friendly and easy to communicate with. No waiting for someone to answer the phone for inquiries and prompt replies on email. When the exchange of contacts and completion time came, they helped pressure crucial solicitor communication so that we met the target dates keeping me (the seller) and the purchaser happy. I can't recommend Gascoigne Halman in Macclesfield enough.
Thanks folks, you deserve the credit, and will be using you again for another property sale.

Very professional, efficient service from Matthew, Carly and team at Gascoigne Halman Macclesfield. Any issues during the sale of my property were resolved quickly and with minimal fuss. This positive review does not reflect my personal experience of working with the Gascoigne Halman's recommended conveyancing Solicitors - SWIITCH where I experienced poor communication, lack of progress updates etc.

Gascoigne Halman has been the letting agent for my house in Macclesfield for 16 years. The service that Lisa and the team provides is fantastic - friendly, professional and efficient.
