So, I had some nice experience with Capital Heights recently. I should say that all my experiences with estate agents have been not tough, but complicated. Though, with Sam (the agent I worked with) it was great. He was really easy to reach and always replied to my messages. The experience was pretty easy and clear. Although my arrival to the flat was postponed due to the pandemic, Sam was really patient with me and never pushed me. Very unprofessional, they were advertising a rental property when the landlord was not yet sure if he/she was going to sell it instead. They showed us a rental property, we made an offer paying the holding deposit and after waiting 3 days he told us that the landlord is thinking about selling the property and we need to wait 1 week before we know if the offer is accepted or if the landlord will sell the property instead of renting it. All of that while they have our holding deposit money and they refuse to give it back before if we find another property. Basically locking us waiting.... Read more

I first met Deepak from capital heights when buying my apartment in east London. What an impression he made - this was my first home and he was so helpful in the coordination of buying the property and ensuring EVERYTHING was in order This impression meant that when I needed to put my apartment on the market for rental there was absolutely no question who I wanted to manage it for me. The apartment was rented within days and due to a death in the family I was unavailable as the tenants moved in. Deepak was incredible in ensuring the transition required zero input from myself while still keeping me updated on the necessary items. Very friendly, helpful and professional. My partner and I have recently rented our first property through Capital Heights. As first time renters, we were completely unfamiliar with the process. To further complicate matters, I had to decide on the property from overseas and only my partner was able to view the property on my behalf. Without my asking, the agent assisting us who was negotiating for the property sent me a video of the property, which gave me great comfort. Once the landlord accepted our offer, the team at Capital Heights was also readily available to assist us with the administrative process of securing the tenancy agreement, and to answer our queries on the same....
