So, I had some nice experience with Capital Heights recently. I should say that all my experiences with estate agents have been not tough, but complicated. Though, with Sam (the agent I worked with) it was great. He was really easy to reach and always replied to my messages. The experience was pretty easy and clear. Although my arrival to the flat was postponed due to the pandemic, Sam was really patient with me and never pushed me.
