We are first time buyers and have been in the process of looking for a home for around 6 months… We have met many agents via different estate agent companies, however Castles are by far the best in terms of professionalism, proving information, knowing the property they are looking to sell, explaining in detail aspects of the property whilst taking you on tour and seem genuinely invested in listening to your needs. I have not yet bought our home (hence only 4 stars) but Castles go that extra mile compared to the other estate agents. Many other estate agents hand you a document and then let you wonder the property without saying a word, don’t know much about a property and/or are on their phone throughout the appointment. A totally different experience with Castles. If you have the option of viewing a property via Castles you definitely should. My recent viewing was with Matt and Calum both very professional and helpful. Thanks guys!... Read more
