Got a text from Robinsons (less than 10 minutes after posting the original update) claiming my update was a threat (clearly no threat in the update below), however Robinsons decided to make a threat of their own - see attached for proof.

We’ve moved out nearly 2 months ago and you aren’t responding to emails or calls?

One week from my review still have not received a refund for overpaid rent owed.
When I called after reviewing and stating my name, they questioned whether I left a poor review and hang up the phone.
Regarding any outstanding debts you claim we have on the property, we both know there are none, the property as per Michael’s email was left in immaculate condition, we were very accommodating in allowing you to show the property to prospective renters whilst we transitioned into moving out (having paid rent for those days). Your claims the refund is being held up are completely false and you are only making that claim and acting profesional now as this is a public review, when we know full well you care very little about you job and tenants, responding slowly or not at all to property issues (up to and including RATS)! Please refund the overpaid rent and I will be happy to get out of your hair and let you bother the next poor sod who needs a poorly managed flat to rent. Have a blessed day
