7th Aug 2024 (9 weeks ago)I have to leave a review for these guys, although totally unrelated to any of the services connells provide! I was in such a stressful situation and on a very tight time limit, I needed some documents photocopied to be post office verified, I tried absolutely everywhere in town nobody was able to help me, I took a risk and went into Connells, it was done within 2 minutes!! No questions asked just done right there and then. I was so so relieved and they have no idea how important it was for me to get that done! The people in there are so so helpful, I can only imagine how helpful they are when it comes to actually using them for renting/buying! We were with another estate agent for a few months with no sale and then moved to Country Properties. Within weeks, our house was sold! They kept us up to date with everything and always picked up the phone when we had questions. As we moved back to Leicester before the sale completed, they made sure the house was okay by doing regular check ups (especially with the recent rainfall in Flitwick!) and making sure the house was fine for everyone’s pieces of mind. They truly went above and beyond and we couldn’t thank them enough. The whole team were an absolute joy! Thank you so much again for everything…you were all amazing. Riky & Manisha

18th Dec 2023 (9 mo. ago)Deakin White were efficient and proactive in searching for properties for me. Both Sarah and Elliot were very good, made appointments at short notice and their sales style was not pushy at all (which I really liked). Communication is an area for improvement, it became apparent when talking to the seller directly that information wasn't always being passed on and the manager of the branch was able to progress things that had stalled for a few weeks. Overall a good experience.
