Recent one was when I phoned to book an appointment to view a property on Linden Avenue, Ruislip, Middlesex HA4 but the estate agent never called back to say if the owner would allow buyers who don't have offers on there property yet. On top of it, before ending the call I did ask if he had my number and he said it's recorded from the call. When I prompted for his name he cut the phone off!! Awful and frustrating experiences with unprofessional customer experience.

I initially spoke with Zia, who was incredibly welcoming and took the time to really understand my requirements rather than rushing through the conversation. It was clear she genuinely cared about helping rather than just handling another enquiry. Zia then introduced me to Gavin, who was equally welcoming and very easy to get along with. The whole conversation felt natural and productive, and I honestly found myself wondering why I hadn’t picked up the phone to this agency sooner. A genuine pleasure to deal with so far, and I’m really looking forward to hopefully building a strong and established working relationship between our organisations going forward. Highly recommended.

2nd Apr 2026 (16 days ago)Booked a viewing at a property we were told was pet friendly, we went today and after being asked and confirming we had pets the answer was ‘i’m going to stop you there as there’s no point you will be getting declined so you don't waste your time’. I mentioned that on the phone I had been assured it was pet friendly as we knew not all properties were and wanted to ensure we weren’t wasting our time going to viewings we didn’t have a chance in. Only reply we got was ‘this property isn’t pet friendly unfortunately but you can check with the owners’ I’m not entirely sure what miscommunication happened but our time was wasted with no care We also never received the address to the property we were viewing and had to guess the location off of the map in the listing. Thankfully we went to the right place but very strange we never received an actual address? Not sure if this experience is relatable to others, hopefully not but it was ours. Just messy

17th Nov 2025 (22 weeks ago)They didn’t sell my house. I had to pull them off and go for a PTX as they began to give me anxiety. They didn’t keep me up to date and when it came to speaking to my PTX company they gave inaccurate information which affected my valuation. They seem like lovely people but I don’t think I will recommend them to anyone as there were just too many issues that I felt I didn’t have to deal with.

And one of the main reasons we managed to complete within our mortgage offer deadline! She is extremely patient and professional while being extremely proactive and communicative! Honestly can not thank her enough! She’s a real asset to Love Homes????????????
27th Mar 2026 (22 days ago)6 stars out of 5 if that's even possible. I recently had the pleasure to work with Jack, Taylor and Ellis as part of my house-move. As part of this process (both selling and buying), we came across a number of different agencies, and the Akeman team is easily the most professional, responsive, honest, accommodating and helpful team. From viewings, to deal negotiations, to progressing the sale, they are supportive and transparent at every step. They follow-through with their promises. Bottom line, I never felt the need to "chase" them on anything, and that speaks volumes. They are simply a breath of fresh air after some mixed experience I've had with other estate agents. I would highly recommend anyone looking to sell/ let their home in the area to give them a call!
