We felt so looked after, were constantly updated and always dealt with in an extremely professional manner. Particular praise for Amir, Lucy, Charlie and Scarlette. We cannot thank you all enough. 4th Oct 2024 (6 mo. ago)18 years with VA now. We have Advisory Center helping with incompetence and ill will of other agencies, so plenty of experience in Beds and Herts. VA, Vanessa and Emma are the best by a mile. We had issues big and small but was always able to talk it out and sort it. No discrimination, racism or xenophobia, great people of principles. Thank You for helping us for all those years, from student accommodation times to our separate flat in the heart of Luton. All the best.

18th Dec 2023 (1 year ago)Deakin White were efficient and proactive in searching for properties for me. Both Sarah and Elliot were very good, made appointments at short notice and their sales style was not pushy at all (which I really liked). Communication is an area for improvement, it became apparent when talking to the seller directly that information wasn't always being passed on and the manager of the branch was able to progress things that had stalled for a few weeks. Overall a good experience.

From the very beginning the communication was excellent, first of all dealing with Dom to arrange a viewing and then negotiating on the offer. We had quite a lengthy process due to solicitors and everything that comes with buying and selling in the UK. It was made a lot smoother thanks to Elliot at Lion Estates who was the sales progressor for the purchase. He helped with communication between solicitors and even assisted on our sale, this definitely eased the stress! They also took the time to arrange another viewing before completion. Everyone in the team we spoke to were very friendly, helpful and honest. I’d certainly recommend them and use them in future for selling a property.
