We rented out lovely house through ella residential letting a Elaine smith came round and assured us we are in safe hands with their full management service. We signed up and that's when our living hell started .She placed an undesirable family in Andrea Todd now known as Andrea Costa . Within the first six months they trashed the immaculate house we owned and when we received numerous complaints from neighbours directly about drug dealing and raids we gave them notice to leave ,at this point they didn't and left my family including two pugs homeless. We then had to pay and serve a section 21 notice to evict these unsavory tenants .It took us 7 weeks to remove them via the courts .Once the property was vacated Yvonne from Ella said the property was not too bad .4000 pounds later we had our property back to the way it was before Ella were on the scene . Dreadful letting agency if I could score a minus figure on here I would .SHOCKIING !!!

I found Ella Homes to be as slippery as an eel covered in grease that's been dipped in a tub of vaseline , I was gazumped by Ella after they effectively demanded I could only view property if they could sell mine, Ella put a deliberate lesser offer from me in which was accepted and then behold a Cash buyer betters my alleged offer who bearing in mind has not even viewed the place (very good sources tell me this ) so Ella effectively work hand in glove with this new Cash buyer , I've never seen a lizard in a suit before....then I met Bob.

Rented a property where they where doing the finding of tenants and signing out of clients for a private landlord. The staff are rude and arogent they took a colour photocopy of identification which is illegal. (Which we pointed out) They made it very clear they dont care about tenants. On the sign out they tried every trick in the book to try and get us to get the property to a higher standard than it was when we moved in fortunately the inventory which states it must be returned to the same state which is done by a private company and very detailed and our kind landlords where more realistic. Tried forcing viewings when they were not permitted. All in all do not go to them for anything the worst property agents iv ever seen and iv seen my fair share.
