The best! As a tenant for the past two years, I've had nothing but timely, superbly friendly, and helpful service from the letting team at Alexander & Co. Any repairs or services I've needed were all filled as quickly as possible, probably because their letting team seems to actually care about their tenants' needs.

Currently letting property through Alexander. I had intermittent fault on boiler which I reported 10 days ago as wanted sorted before Xmas. Chased up Weds 20/12/17 as no attended / contacted. Office email me 8.40am on Thursday 21/12/17 to say contractor very busy this time of year and was advised tried to get to me. Intermittent fault which had been fixable by boiler reset because a total failure error early this morning on Xmas Eve Eve. Out of office services put through to our of hour contractor (different to usual) who established over the phone with error message the mother had now failed. A part that would have been easily attainable the last 10 days is now not available anywhere until 27/12/17 after he spent 2 hours ringing around. Wished us well, but as do have that part on stock nothing can do to help. So no hot water or heating for 5 days all over Xmas. Thank you

I’d strongly recommend not using this service and going for an online estate agent for literally a fraction of the price. Sadly I did not receive good value for money or a positive experience. I had to go through the property ombudsman to claim a partial refund because I was so disappointed. Don’t pay £5,000 for something you can get for £800 by using an online agent. You’ll get the same (if not better service) and 95% of property leads come from rightmove or zoopla anyway...nobody goes into a traditional estate agent any more. I hope prospective first time sellers like myself don’t get drawn into an outdated way of house sales like I did, please learn from my mistake!
