I would highly recommend the letting service provided by Alexander and Co. Great service from the agency, everyone on the team is very friendly and helpful.
I have contacted Alexander & Co as letting agents for an apartment in Luton for 3 years, always Richard, Janice, and Anne was very friendly and helpful. They are always very quick to resolve the problems when appeared into the apartment. I am so thankful for everything and so sad because now I cannot keep this service because we moved to another city and the agency don't have a property to rent.

I have known this team for many years now as a landlord and as a seller of property, and they have always been professional at all times, even when the bearer of bad news when my boiler has broken down etc.
Richard in particular is worth a special mention, keeping me informed on the situation in a fast efficient manner. Stuart and Anne are always on hand when Richard is not around and act in the same manner. I would not hesitate recommending this organization on any sides of the business they excel on all fronts.

I went to Alexander & Co to rent my first property following getting a job in Dunstable after university and the level of service and positivity they demonstrated was top tier. They supported me throughout the entire process and length of my tenancy and I could not recommend them more for anyone looking for a property in the area. They are polite, professional and extremely knowledgable. I have moved house five times in the past five years due to studying/work commitments and I can wholeheartedly say they were the best that’s I have ever worked with.
