We were with another estate agent prior to Penrose who couldn't sell our house within the 12wk contract period. Penrose came on board and we sold within 4wks. Without a doubt, Penrose have been absolutely brilliant. I would have no hesitation in recommending them. They are professional, knowledgeable and friendly.

Don't waste your time engaging any other estate agent. Penrose have exceeded our expectations. We were initially with another local Dunstable agent for 12wks, without any offers. We then changed to Penrose and sold within 4wks of instruction. Kieran and Sue are fantastic, from our first meeting with Kieran through all the viewings with both him and Sue the experience has been first class. What we loved about them was the no pressure sales and they don't over promise and under deliver. We honestly couldn't recommend them highly enough. Don't waste time in using any other agent, Penrose all the way.

Penrose are new to Dunstable and after our original sale fell through we decided to give them a go .
They were able to take us through a very long new sale and we’re not only friendly but very professional too .
Both Sue and Kieran were always there either on the phone or via email .
Whatever we asked of them they always came back the same day .
We always felt assured that they were making sure things stayed in track .
We would highly recommend them to anyone. If we dare we’re to move again we would not hesitate to use Penrose .Thank you so much !!!
