I have sold my late parents house with Penrose Dunstable Branch, the house is in Toddington. I wanted to let everyone know what an amazing job Kieran and Sue did with my parents home. Don't waste your time engaging any other estate agent. Penrose have exceeded our expectations. We were initially with another local Dunstable agent for 12wks, without any offers. We then changed to Penrose and sold within 4wks of instruction. Kieran and Sue are fantastic, from our first meeting with Kieran through all the viewings with both him and Sue the experience has been first class. Penrose are new to Dunstable and after our original sale fell through we decided to give them a go . They were able to take us through a very long new sale and we’re not only friendly but very professional too . Both Sue and Kieran were always there either on the phone or via email .
