Already posted a bad review but we were forced to remove by the company as we were told the issue had been removed. We moved in start of July to find 3 of the rooms not finished and unliveable. We were told these rooms would be ready to be moved in end of August which was a inconvenience but we agreed this would be fine. However, we are almost at October and the rooms are still unliveable and we are due to start University next week without a safe home to be in. We have so little communication with the Estate Agents as they are avoiding taking responsibility for there negligence in this situation. I would avoid renting from them as a student as they seem to put us at the bottom of their priority.

Love the service here. everything went smoothly.i managed to get an apartment with their assistance less than a week after i arrived in UK, and successfully moved into the house by end of second week. Zainab was very quick in responding and very patient in explaining things to me.
Same with Daniel,he follows up thoroughly and responded very quickly. Their services are highly recommended!

I have been trying to get in contact with Chappell and Mathews (thornbury office) for weeks. Even drove to the office and it was closed. I have left various emails as we wanted to veiw a property for sale.
It is very strange that it is so difficult to speak to anyone and i feel sorry for the people who are relying on these people to rent/sale their houses.
this has raised red flags for us.
