We originally purchased our property through Cadman Homes and it was our first experience with them. Over the years they have kept in contact with us and provided advice whenever we have needed it. When we decided to sell the property we had 3 agents out to value, but Adam at Cadman Homes was really positive about the property and left us feeling like it was the obvious choice. He took time to sit with us and despite us having a fairly decent knowledge of the estate agency market he really provided some very professional knowledge. On the day of photographs they brought a proceedable viewing along with them. On the day we had an offer of £25,000 over asking price. Despite this sale falling through at a later date we were still confident of the service that Cadman had provided and decided to remarket the property 2 months later after the stamp duty deadline. We decided this time to have a 2 week marketing period with viewings on the day and we had somewhere in the region of 10-15 block viewings. The sale was then agreed at £50,000 over the asking price and we were not only absolutely shocked, but obviously delighted.
Once the sale was agreed this is where Cadman homes excelled themselves further still. The after sales care that they provided was fantastic. We used their recommended solicitor who has also been fantastic. They provided us with ideas to help the sales process progress and helped us resolve any queries that came our way. At one point during the sales process Liam at Cadman would call daily to give us updates both up and down the chain.
If you are thinking of using Cadman as an agent I would highly recommend them. The marketing and photographs were fantastic, we had plot pictures with the use of a drone and a fantastic video too. The sales service and the after sales service was brilliant. They are not the biggest agent in town, but they are definitely my choice. If you want an exceptional service and for your agent to genuinely care then definitely contact them!

I recently recommended Val, Adam & team to a family member with a flat to let in Coventry. They carried out the instructions professionally and quickly. The property is now let to a good quality tenant a an improved rent and the landlord received their first rental payment on the day the tenancy started. They and I are very happy with the service provided & look forward to working with them as they collect the rent and manage in the future. Thank you Cadman homes :)

I would highly recommend the services of Cadman Homes and Liam Clements in particular. Usually when we're looking to purchase a property, we wouldn't necessary look at the agent selling, unless it appears with more than one agent that is.
I had the pleasure of interacting with Liam at Cadman Homes in Rugby over a period of a few months. This was during the viewing, negotiation and completion of a property purchase. Whilst Liam was local to the property that I was purchasing, both the seller and myself were not, we were both based overseas.
All communication with Liam was conducted over email and time differences had to be taken into consideration. Liam was hugely patient throughout the sale as there were some delays, he always ensured regular contact to keep me updated, his communication was clear and overall provided a fantastic service.
100% recommend the agent and Liam.

Cannot express enough gratitude to Adam at Cadmans. Helped so much, going above and beyond what any estate agent is expected. He wasn't even 'our' estate agent, but kept the chain together, and sane. Would highly recommend Cadmans. You will not be dissapointed.

We first met Adam in 2015 as the agent for a house we wished to purchase.
On our first viewing of the property Adam was very open and clear about the property and the vendors expectations. He explained the process and was very transparent throughout.
At the end of 2019 we decided to make alterations to the property, so without hesitation we approached Adam for advice. Knowing that he knew the current market, he knew the property and that he would again offer us an open and honest opinion. We made the alterations and the house now functions so much better for our family.
We can't thank Adam enough for his support and we would recommend him as a trust worthy, competent and professional estate agent. If we decide to sell, then Cadman Homes will be listing the property for us.

I don't normally take the time to leave a review, but for these guys it's a must! I've always heard how stressful a house move can be but for us as first time buyers it really was a breeze! I had a hundred and one questions throughout the whole process but Adam and Liam were always on hand to help and assist where possible without making me feel like a nuisance! I loved how quick they were at responding to any enquiries, even after the completion date! I couldn't recommend Cadman Homes enough! Professional, friendly and reliable! By far the best experience we have had, and should we need to, we definitely hope to work with you again!

Fantastic agents with fantastic team! After having no luck selling my property with another local leading agent, I approached Adam at Cadman homes. Within a week and after the first viewing it was sold! The team were professional and knowledgeable dealing with the entire process swiftly. There was minor legal delays as per usual with sales, but Adam kept me updated and informed the whole time.
After such a pleasant experience selling, Cadman homes helped me broker a deal for my next property!
I cannot commend them enough and look forward to meeting paths again!

We have recently completed the sale of our property with Cadman Homes that was expertly handled by both Adam and Liam. Moving is a stressful time but nothing was too much trouble – from answering questions, chasing other estate agents and solicitors and helping with any queries we may of had.
