We have bought, sold and let out property through Cadman Homes over recent years. We have always found Valerie, Adam and all of the team to be very knowledgeable and highly professional during this time, no matter what stage of the process we were in.
Communication has always been excellent and we have always found Cadmans to be very open and honest about any questions that we had or advice that we asked for. I would highly recommend them to anyone within the Rugby area, they are a pleasure to work with!

I would like to take this opportunity to say a huge thank you and your team, especially Adam and Liam, for your hard work with the sale of our property.
We came to you because we knew you would share with us your expertise and would communicate with us along every step of the process. This is something you did not disappoint us on.
The sale of the property wasn’t straight forward, property stair-casing and dealing with the Housing Association plus both sets of Solicitors. You handled this professionally and efficiently and even when it looked like the worst would happen, the buyers Solicitors closed due to a cyber attack, you handled the situation calmly and removed all the stress from the situation.
With the buyer staying in the deal and progress made, we are happy to share that we are pretty much completed and achieved a higher offer than asking price thanks to your efforts.

I sold my cottage with Cadman homes 4 years ago, now due to unforeseen circumstances I am on the move again. I signed up to Cadman homes website and immediately Adam called me to say hi, he remembered me from 4 years ago! He actually talked to me to find out the reasons for my move, something seriously lacking in the current housing market. I owe a thank you to Adam for keeping the human side in what is a competitive and sterile market at the moment. There’s always a story behind every house move, and that human touch is what is lacking at the moment with a lot of agents. I haven’t found a new property yet, but I have all the faith in Adam that Cadman Homes will find me my new perfect home.

Cadmans have been such a help with the sale of a family property following bereavement.
Things did not always go smoothly with buyers but Liam in particular and also Adam were always on hand with advice. They walked the extra mile, even popping to the property a couple of times to check on things for me as I don’t live locally. I was always kept informed of progress and guided through the process to completion.
Before the sale, the property had been let via Cadmans and this was also a very professional service. Matthew and Valerie always available to answer questions or queries.
I would not hesitate to recommend Cadmans, they are all great!

We originally purchased our property through Cadman Homes and it was our first experience with them. Over the years they have kept in contact with us and provided advice whenever we have needed it. When we decided to sell the property we had 3 agents out to value, but Adam at Cadman Homes was really positive about the property and left us feeling like it was the obvious choice. He took time to sit with us and despite us having a fairly decent knowledge of the estate agency market he really provided some very professional knowledge. On the day of photographs they brought a proceedable viewing along with them. On the day we had an offer of £25,000 over asking price. Despite this sale falling through at a later date we were still confident of the service that Cadman had provided and decided to remarket the property 2 months later after the stamp duty deadline. We decided this time to have a 2 week marketing period with viewings on the day and we had somewhere in the region of 10-15 block viewings. The sale was then agreed at £50,000 over the asking price and we were not only absolutely shocked, but obviously delighted.
Once the sale was agreed this is where Cadman homes excelled themselves further still. The after sales care that they provided was fantastic. We used their recommended solicitor who has also been fantastic. They provided us with ideas to help the sales process progress and helped us resolve any queries that came our way. At one point during the sales process Liam at Cadman would call daily to give us updates both up and down the chain.
If you are thinking of using Cadman as an agent I would highly recommend them. The marketing and photographs were fantastic, we had plot pictures with the use of a drone and a fantastic video too. The sales service and the after sales service was brilliant. They are not the biggest agent in town, but they are definitely my choice. If you want an exceptional service and for your agent to genuinely care then definitely contact them!

I recently recommended Val, Adam & team to a family member with a flat to let in Coventry. They carried out the instructions professionally and quickly. The property is now let to a good quality tenant a an improved rent and the landlord received their first rental payment on the day the tenancy started. I would highly recommend the services of Cadman Homes and Liam Clements in particular. Usually when we're looking to purchase a property, we wouldn't necessary look at the agent selling, unless it appears with more than one agent that is.
I had the pleasure of interacting with Liam at Cadman Homes in Rugby over a period of a few months. This was during the viewing, negotiation and completion of a property purchase. Whilst Liam was local to the property that I was purchasing, both the seller and myself were not, we were both based overseas.
All communication with Liam was conducted over email and time differences had to be taken into consideration. Liam was hugely patient throughout the sale as there were some delays, he always ensured regular contact to keep me updated, his communication was clear and overall provided a fantastic service.
100% recommend the agent and Liam.
