I bought over 10 properties from this company. 3 of the flats that I bought 10 years ago that were supposed to be 20% BMV for around £65K each, I can't even get £50K for now, 10 year later. Plus I paid them £3600 finders fee.... Read more

Professional Scammers, avoid at all costs, booked 2 flats with Assetz Property in Nottingham, was shown a property which was an old Textile Mill which was to be converted into flats and was promised completion in Jan - Feb 2021, paid referral fees, deposit to the developer and legal fees to their recommended solicitor, in all paid just under £10k, this was in August 2020, they kept sending pictures of the construction work being carried out in the building and the refurbishment work done in the flats, come April 2021 no sign of completion, when chased them vigorously, they kept making excuses, then in May 2021 was sent a picture of a piece of land, next to the building where i was sold the flats, telling me that the flats were yet to be build and the completion was due in December 2021, have commenced legal action against these fraudsters. Most likely the few good reviews are left by their families and friends.... Read more

We arrived for a 12 noon viewing, by 12:15 an agent wasn’t there. When I called my call was ignored, when my partner called they answered straight away and told us that the agent was not coming. This is the second time this agency has done this to us, honestly don’t waste your time.... Read more

CON ARTISTS! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!
I was lured into there off plan below market value Property back in 2017 by David! And paid them there “fee” of £2400! 3 years on I am out of £3550 with no property!! They pitch you properties that they know very well, they wont be able to honour and later trap the buyer into switching to a different property!! I have been asked to switch to a 3rd property now, where with pervious two have lost mortgage application costs and surveying etc but the whole projects and properties were flawed! When ask for a refund they will never give you! And will only give you “12 months” To jump onto another property! They will tell you to NOT mention any finders fee that you paid them on mortgage application etc. Many mortgage brokers will decline to do that and also there own recommended brokers have declined to do it and no longer work with them, one is actually mentioned in the reviews here.
Avoid at all costs, they are con artists! The sales reps are paid hefty commissions for each sales and have no property Knowledge! They will take your money for property that will never be sold and they know this!!! You will never hear from them again!! And you will be passed onto many different characters, David, Darren & Amy! The 3 crooks! My lawyers have prepared a class action law suit against these cowboys! Anyone who has the same experience as me, get in touch with me, like many others have. It won’t cost you a penny! We have ample evidence against them!

Paid Assetz around a £2,600 'finders fee' for a property that was SOLD after I paid the deposit. Subsequently, the mortgage lender refused to lend on the property as there had been a back-to-back sale. Avoid at all costs. Once they have your money, they do not care.... Read more

Don’t be fooled by the below market prices for property! You pay Assetz a fee £2500 (this is what I paid back in 2015) We also paid a deposit of £30000.00
The development should have been completed over 2 years ago!!! They kept giving excuses saying developers went bankrupt etc, etc. Please avoid this company at all costs. We trusted them but we’re fooled! If things seem too good to be true, then walk away!... Read more

We have purchased three flats through Assets and have found the service they provide throughout the buying process invaluable. All flats have performed as well or better than Assetz predicted easily making their fee well worthwhile. The team, particularly our main point of contact David Jacobs are always easy to get hold of and answer any questions we may have. I have recommended their service to friends who have now also used Assets without complaint.... Read more

Please do not be fooled by the professional look of their website and their "BMV (Below Market Value) discounts". I paid them a fee in good faith that the property they were sourcing was exactly as described and it was the last remaining one in the development. Fearing I was going to miss out on what appeared to be a fantastic deal, I paid a fee (without seeing the property) and I travelled 5 hours to see it. It turned out I was given the incorrect price (discount was not a true reflection of what the property was really worth) and it was not the last one. As a matter of fact there were several properties available and they still are. To make a long story short their complaints department and staff were both highly incompetent and very unhelpful.
Avoid this company at all costs.... Read more

I have bought 3 properties through Assetz so far and have had a really positive experience each time. The team are easy to get in touch with, work with integrity and help guide you through the various challenges that come up when buying any property. Property listings are matched to data from the Land Registry by our clever algorithm. Clever as it may be, it isn't always right, especially if a property was listed by multiple agents. The asking price is the original listing price, NOT the final listing price.
