What an amazing service from the team at Harratts. All the staff that we spoke to throughout were always so helpful. Lisa Ogden dealt with my mum. She treated my mum with such respect throughout the whole time. She was extremely professional and knowledgeable, and always showed care and consideration when dealing with my mum and all her needs. My mum could ask as many questions as she needed, and Lisa always took the time to explain things patiently - nothing was too much trouble. We have nothing but praise for Harratts.
