Seen Aladdin this year and it was Fabulous as Mike Doyle says. Have been going to the Pantomime for 10 years plus and this one was the best. I feel sorry for those who cant go due to the current restrictions as they have missed out. Awesome old Victorian theatre and it felt warm and friendly, i will be going back for the next 10 years if they keep it as it is. 10/10.... Read more

Staff did not have a clue how to use the payment terminals at the bars so there were really long queues. Staff member checking the tickets spoke horribly to a child in our group. The panto itself was great however, but staff need better training... Read more

I went to see The Addams Family here, the show was fantastic and there was lots of room in my seat. There was snacks on sale but card was needed due to Covid restrictions. Overall, I enjoyed and it was a great experience.... Read more

My wife and I took my niece to view Aladdin yesterday afternoon. Was extremely funny and very entertaining. The cast were brilliant and all the kids in the audience had a really good time.Would highly recommend this pantomime. Something lovely and positive in this lovely Welsh city.... Read more

Always enjoy this theatre which is an old style one, beware there are a lot of steps but there is a lift, staff very helpful and friendly. Look out for the little metal rings by some of the upstairs windows, the staff member I asked did not know what they were for.... Read more

I love this Theatre, old world grandeur not flashy, but like an old friend who you always feel comfortable with. Staff as always were lovely and made keeping to Covid restrictions easy. Felt totally safe with the arrangements. The play Dial M for murder was so well acted and I'd forgotten the twist. Great afternoon out.... Read more

Its a nice Theatre with bars on two floors in case you want a drink, there were plenty of ushers to guide us to our seats, and it was clean and tidy. The icecream was a little pricey considering the tiny pots it comes in, but i suppose the theatres have had it hard the last year or so and need every penny they can get. If you're looking for a meal before hand there are loads of places within easy walking distance, its pretty much in the city centre.... Read more

Lovely theatre, friendly and helpful staff who provide excellent customer service. Ticket prices are great, box prices are very reasonable (we buy an upper level box every time we visit). Regular seating does not provide much leg room and can feel somewhat cramped so box seats are recommended for tall adults and disabled people. There is disabled access throughout the building. The refreshment prices are quite reasonable for a theatre also. There’s also a decent gift shop for the kiddies, items available to purchase differ depending on the time of year you visit....
