Excellent service from Chris Barker at the Albany Road Branch. I can't recommend the company enough. If Chris promised something then it was carried out. Communication brilliant, his advice was spot on. Would I use Peter Mulcahy Estates Agents again? Yes I would.

Well what can I say .I chose Peter mulcahy estate agents as Chris Barker was very keen and told me firmly this house will sell and within weeks it sold but then took 10 months to actually go through..but through no fault of my estate agent it was problems with the buyer .but Chris was on hand every day throughout the ups and downs and even took our house home with him in his private time and Fort for us every step of the way and never gave up I highly recommend Peter Mulcahy if anyone is selling there house .And a special thanks to Chris Barker thankyou for everything you have done ..from me Janet and my family..

Sent an email requesting details on how to arrange a viewing of a property that was advertised. I never recieved a reply in any way shape or form, I suspect it was because I stipulated that I simply want info on how to arrange a viewing and didn't want to get into a 'sales pitch' type phone call with an over exuberant estate agent, and having to register all of my personal details on their system simply to get some advice off them. Typical estate agent.. they are all the same.
